Excellent rooms, service and location. A perfect place to relax after exhausting hikes in Moab. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is hearty with may choices. The service at the lobby and restaurant were also excellent.

My wife and I stayed at the Moab Hampton three night on our way home from Sedona Az. Hotel is located on a busy Main Street/ 4 lane, but was very quiet in our room. We picked our room ahead of time on line ( do so and get a better choice of rooms). Located on the side of the... More

The manager Kaycee Somers is very rude to the customers. She thinks she owns the hotel. I'm an Hilton Honors Member for 5+ yrs and also I work for a Top Tier Automotive Company. We stay at Hilton Hotels all the time. The Manager here is very rude. She doesn't understand the customer needs and she charged me twice for... More

The staff offered Tylenol to me form the hotel "store" while I was feeling sick. At checkout, it was not listed on my bill. I asked about it and offered to pay the $2 or $2.50. The staff simply told me that they hoped I felt better and not to worry about the small charge. Thanks

Good location and a very clean place. However, expect to get awaken by house keeping by 930am. If you are not out with 30 minutes they will knock on your door again. Very annoying. We complain on the receptionist in the lobby but seems like they don't really care and no appreciation at all from your stay. Rachelle the other... More

We were more than pleased with this location just at the northern edge of town. Perfect spot to go off each morning for our adventures. Loved the hot breakfast and the snack to go ready each morning. The room was very clean as were the entire facilities. Not an easy task with all of the red dirt flying around, I'm... More

Stayed here for 2 nights during trip to Utah's national parks. This is average Hampton Inn with nice and friendly staff, and clean standard size rooms. My room faced main street, and it was noisy at times, and at it also faces west, it was warm from the sun in the evenings, so had to use AC. Breakfast typical Hampton,... More

As a diamond member I spend time in hamptons all over the US. The rooms in Moab are well maintained and the entire hotel is clean. It has a great location and with easy access to the National Parks, Arches and Canyonlands, and Dead Horse Point State Park. My concerns are about the breakfast. One of the reasons I stay... More

Cleanest hotel we have been in for a long time. Staff was friendly. Easy to walk to the main shopping and eating area of Moab. We didn't encounter any problems. Laundry is expensive, but worked very well and they had rolls of quarters for sale.

We stayed one night after a long day traveling and visiting nearby Dead Horse Point State Park and Arches National Park. The hotel is very easy to find, right on the highway in town. We were quickly checked in, and were provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. The one we followed up on was Broken Oar, located very close on the... More
