Inexpensive and basic Moab lodging. Motel-style - park outside your room. Great for biking/hiking/rafting trips, you can clean your gear and relax off the main drag as long as you're not picky about little maintenance details.

Comparing with the place I stayed in Moab in winter 2010, this one felt like a paradise. It is located off Rt.191, very quiet, but still close to everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, had a fridge and a microwave. Bed felt comfortable enough, especially after a day of strenuous hiking. Loved the bathtub - it... More

We came in from Killeen TX and were exhausted. We were met at the lodge with friendly and efficient service, and had a wonderful stay. Definitely a great place to stay; pet friendly and not on the main road, so nice and quiet.

There was mold in the shower, cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the room, the bedspread was torn. The door to the room barely locked, and was not secure. It was definitely not worth what we paid for it. I should have spent more to stay at a well known place

As I said the room is quite spacious. However, the hot tub was broken when we were there. Worse, one of the beds was full of sand, piles of sand, not just a little bit. All I can think of is that the maids made the bed thinking that nobody had used it. It was 12:30 at night when I... More

We stayed here over the weekend for the Canyonland half, the only thing this place has going for them it was close and we could walk to the park. First the heater didn't work, but the maintenance guy did change it out, so I guess a plus there, the toilet ran all night, so issues with it, some of the... More

We came to Moab for a 10K in December and were looking for something very affordable. We chose the Red Rock Lodge. It's really a great value for the money. The rooms are large and clean. We had one room with 2 doubles and a trundle bed that still had plenty of space. The hot tub was also very clean.... More

This is our go-to place in Moab - we have stayed here a few times. It's cheap with no frills. If you are looking for something nice and luxuriousness, this is not it. If you are in town looking for a place to sleep, this is a good option. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, but very... More

My family had enjoyed staying at the Red Rock Lodge for the past 4 visits to Moab. We were excited to stay in the friendly no frills local establishment. We got our reservations made for the summer in the winter. Then, I got a surprise phone call in May. Our reserved room had been given away to accommodate a movie... More
