A an overseas visitor we are not sure where a motel ends and an inn begins so we concluded that inns are upscale motels but not hotels! The rooms were nice and the pool looked pleasant although was overrun with a noisy family group who were working hard on their beer! Not a problem as we went out to eat... More

In addition to the wonderful eclectic feel to the Inn we want you to know that the bedding is luxurious, the staff members are helpful and went well beyond the expected to make our stay perfect. Though the Inn is in the heart of Moab it is removed from the Main street so your rest will be peaceful. Obviously we... More

We rented the Gonzo Suite, which was a great value for its size. Two full size bathrooms with decent space in between. Staff was very nice and the furnishings were a little rustic but very comfortable. Pool wasn't spectacular, but we would definitely go back.

We recently stayed at the Gonzo for a couple of days on our recent trip to Moab. We wanted to stay in a suite with our travel companions, but a suite was not available the first night. So we were placed in separate rooms with a promise that we would get a suite on the second night if one was... More

We stayed at the Gonzo for three nights while we experienced Moab. The room and property were immaculate as well as just so darn cute! The hotel theme was carried out down to lizards embroidered on the sheets and colorful designs stamped on sidewalks and doors. Lots of drawer and hanging spaces as well as a nice sized fridge to... This place was well situated to walk around moab. It's decorated in an eclectic manner which was cool for being out west. We appreciated having a suite as our son slept in a crib in the main room while we had the bedroom. They were able to also give us an adjoining room for his grandma. We had breakfast in... More

Great suite hotel just a block off the main drag. Very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Had a great balcony overlooking the pool that didn't look right at the neighbors. Nice breakfast room with a really nice outdoor patio. Fun décor and comfy furniture. With a spacious kitchenette and dining area definitely a good choice for a longer stay. Price... More

Our main problem with the Gonzo was that it simply did not meet our expectations, based on the hotel web-site, and the price. Had we expected a motel, albeit a nice one, then that's what we got; entry to room directly from a service area adjoining the car-park; rooms with plain white walls and a truly horrible dark brown carpet.... This was a terrific place. Unique layout and decor, on a side street near the main street, it is in the perfect location. The pool area was very nice and surrounded with lots of true and grreen grass, a nice oasis in the desert for this Minnesota family. It was a great spot for the kids. The only thing that... More

Not to mention the adorable decor! The staff w as extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions. I would highly recommend a stay at the Gonzo Inn.
