Good: Hotel was nice and employees were nice. Low hot water pressure was fixed very fast. Bad: hotel's owner is a part owner of Zax restaurant and hotel routinely recommends this restaurant to its guests. The problem is that this restaurant has the worst customer service and food. Please see my full review about Zax Restaurant under Moab reviews.

The Aarchway Inn is THE place to stay when visiting Arches Nat'l Park. It's only about 7 minutes south of the Park entrance on the north side of town. The town of Moab is about the same distance south of the hotel. Can't beat the location. The rooms are very nicely kept with separate vanity from the shower and toilet.... More

Room was nicely decorated and spacious. And it should be as the rooms cost $200 a night. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special and was the same offering every day. No variation. I kind of felt that offering breakfast was a competitve must and only done because they had to. This hotel has an elevator and back facing rooms... More

Large rooms, great amenities! Really pay attention to detail down to the soap and shampoo. Pool is great with fun toys. Fire pits, horse shoes and playground. The staff loves what they do! Helen at breakfast is 100% hospitality, and the food is great too. Say hi to Merit at the fort desk, very helpful with suggestions for dinner and... More

Found this hotel after checking many others in Moab...didn't realize how busy this little town gets on a weekend. We are so glad we found this one! We stayed 3 nights in a king suite, and the added space from the living room was very nice. Everything in room 302 was upgraded and nicely decorated. Large spa tub was nice.... More

We had a great experience at Aarchway. Room was quite large and comfortable. Staff at the desk extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was modest but adequate, and does include a pancake machine. Ideally located just a mile from entry to Arches National Park but removed from the noise of the town of Moab (only a few minutes away). Overall a terrific... More

We were in Moab a couple years prior and I made a mental note to stay here if we ever went back. That opportunity happened this May, for 2 nights. The front desk employees were welcoming and accommodating....getting us a room, as I had requested, with no Febreeze sprayed in it (am I the only one who gets migraines from... More

Wonderful stay at the Aarchway Inn! They go above & beyond with extra clean rooms which appear freshly renovated with granite bathrooms...endless choices for delicious FREE hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, salsa, granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, even a cool pancake maker that our kids adored), huge pool toys, fabulous pirate ship playground...three different kinds of complimentary cookies at bedtime at the... I would just repeat what others have said. Clean rooms, nice layout and more than ample breakfast choices, I think. Note that "kitchenettes" are really just a microwave and fridge but although I wasn't traveling with kids, I think it is really a grat place for those that are. Nice big lawn out back, great playground, and pool with several... More

When we visited the hotel was under a bit of construction. Besides that everything was great. The breakfast was fantastic, location to the Arches was terrific and the hotel staff was awesome. It was nice to have the basketball court and pool for the kids instead of being cooped up in the room.
