This is a really well located B&B, so handy for town. The property is very well maintained, nice pool and hot tub. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Yes, I agree the innkeepers are a little inflexible (I felt sorry for the English people having to have cream in their morning tea! 2% milk would have been an... more

Our room was ideal. They have a wonderful garden and pool. Cleanliness was quite good. Breakfasts could have been a little"heartier". many of the guests were doing extreme sports and some more protein at breakfast would have helped. Owner was very friendly and helpfulpful, bed was very comfortable. We are picky ex-innkeepers and this is a place we wish we... more

Stayed here 3 nights in September. Property is lovely, well maintained. The innkeepers keep their distance. Which is fine with us. Never saw Kim. Dave seemed kind of inflexible toward other guests. Not willing to bend over a request for milk rather than cream. Comment was "That is what we are serving". Welcome to Dreamkeeper! more

This has to be the best place in Moab. Small, personal, well located and lovely. The rooms are decorated the way you only wish your home could be! Every thing is perfect. There are well kept gardens surrounding a pool and spa. the owners are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast is outstanding. I honestly don't know how they... more

We spent three nights in Moab at the Dream Keeper B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The location was close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. The property was well kept and very pretty. Flowers, trees, and birds abound. The Inn was decorated very nicely. We were welcomed to a clean, bright, wonderful smelling home. The hosts... more

We stayed at this B&B last summer during a mountain biking trip to Moab. The owners and hosts were really nice and accommodating. They were mountain bikers as well and recommended some great rides. The pool was very relaxing and we got to meet travellers from all over the world. The room was very comfy and nice. The breakfasts were... more

We stayed at several B&B's during a weeklong visit to southcentral Utah and the DreamKeeper was our favorite. The Inn is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated in a manner that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. We stayed in a room in the main house overlooking the pool and huge backyard with shady trees. The inn feels very private... more

Wonderful! Just got back from a 3 night stay in the Kiva Room. The room, service, breakfast, ammenities, everything was fantastic. I would highly recommend this to anyone and the price is very reasonable. more

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Ivy Cottage at Dream Keeper Inn. The Inn is just two blocks from "downtown" Moab, but is very quiet, located in a residential area. Our room was spotless, with every nicety imaginable - huge towels for the pool/hot tub, rags to wipe off dusty hiking shoes, filtered water to fill our water bottles,... more

Dreamkeepers Inn is the best. Rooms were beyond clean, they were shiny clean. Everything is decorated with great taste. Breakfast was always something new and served like a 5 star restaurant. Homeade cake and cookies and tea or coffee all evening. The hosts were barely seen and so helpful when they were. Only a competitor could write anything negetive out... more
