We stayed in the Entrada room during our visit. While the room was small, it was charming. It would have been nice to have a desk or table to work on my laptop though. There was no cell service but the Internet connection was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the bath was adequate. The common living room was quaint... More

Combine a stunning location with amazing service and you have the Castle Valley Inn. The owners are great, the breakfast is delicious. Additionally, they will tell you about local hikes. This place is what old fashioned inn keeping is all about.

We stayed in the Entrada Room for 2 nites on Oct 2-3 and had a mostly very pleasant experience. The hosts were friendly and presented a great breakfast each morning. The Entrada is quite confined, but the bed was comfortable. The doors are good sounding boards for hallway noise, but there was no late night problems. There was no desk... More

Late review from June This review is objective, being based on a 5 week touring holiday. This property is in a really quiet rural location - if you're looking for shops/activities/restaurants on site, or indeed a chain hotel type experience, look elsewhere - plenty of this, complete with coach parties back in Moab ! . I only stayed for one... More

One thing that I really hate is overpriced accomodation. Crappy places ranging on 100$ and up just because is high season. In this cases, I generally prefer one of the high range accomodations, whose price don't vary so much wth seasons. We all know some outdoor hubs in high season have ridicoulous price, but when a Days Inn dares to... More

We stayed in the Sommerville Bungalow and it was so cozy and perfect for our two night stay. We grilled out on the deck that is right outside the Bungalow. We watched deer come within 10 yards of us while eating. It is a ways out but that is what is so nice about this B&B. They have a great... More

We stayed at the Castle Valley Inn for three nights. The Inn is located about 16 miles from Moab, via a stupendous road with the Colorado River on one side and awesome views of towering red rock cliffs. That being said, the Inn is a treasure set among an apple tree orchard in a very quiet valley. The accommodations were... More

Great remote location about 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Moab on the weekend. Great facilities, roomy with kitchen. The hospitality from David and Sherri was wonderful and just went overboard to make the stay special. They provided a healthy and filling breakfast. Great views of the cliffs among an apple orchard. David also suggested the Red... More

We stayed here only one night because we were on a quick trip with an end destination of visiting family, but we will definitely be back. Situated on beautiful acreage surrounded by gorgeous red canyon walls, this place was an ideal retreat from the hectic road. The managers, Dave and Sherry (sp?), were so friendly, but not overwhelmingly so. They... More

Nice room the first two nights. Private bath down the hall but plenty of room. Wonderful property. Red rock views. Apple orchard on property. Manager couple, David and Cheri, couldn't have been nicer. Moved to a room with bath for the third night and the owners took over for the managers to give them a night off. This room had... More
