Moab is the ideal location if you want to visit Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Just two steps from the city center, this recently built hotel has very large and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast is quite rich. Definitely worth the money we have paid. more

My tour company used this hotel from the onset when it was first built. However, the owners have neglected to keep it up to good standards. It is a shame given the fact that the property is not that old. Over the years, the cleanliness has declined, and worn furniture and fixtures are not replaced. As a previous reviewer mentioned,... more

The hotel was dirty, most of the staff was inattentive and unconcerned, and the general appearance and condition of the hotel was in need of cleaning and maintenance. I stayed here because it was the last room to be had in Moab. Also, the back door to the parking lot's lock didn't work; the staff said that it kept getting... more

Hated the place. After checking in the place was dirty, holes in the curtains and a mouse ran behind the coffee pot. Told them I found a mouse in the room and they did not care. All they said was OK you are out of here. DO NOT STAY HERE more

Stayed for 1 night. The room was pre-cooled which was nice given the heat outside and checkin was a breeze. The room was huge but not very clean with spots on the furniture. The bathroom was downright dirty with stains on the floor. The tissue paper was not filled in and ended after 8 uses, the light above the sink... more

WOW!!! What a dump of a hotel. Upon arrivial the night clerk was oiut cold in the back room and after knocking on the desk he awakened. We parked at the end of the long hall and opened the "secure" door with no problem and no key. The carpets in the halls looked like a frat house hallway. We opened... more

Hotel is under "renovation". When we arrived, the front desk claimed the non-working elevator hadn't been worked on in two weeks, and no work was done during our week there. The computer in the laundry center was out of commission, our room was hot, the fridge was warm, the wireless internet was out, and our room had no toilet seat.... more

We spent two nights at Comfort Suites in Moab, Utah during a 4-corners road trip in mid-December. A sign at the entrance announced that this was a "Smoke-Free" hotel. Being the week before Christmas, the lobby was decorated for the season with a trimmed Christmas tree with wrapped gifts underneath, the warm glow from the fire in the fireplace, and... more

For st arters, this is not a suite hotel - it's a bedroom area with a sitting area separated by a low wall. Our first room, on the first floor, featured a roaring water noise, as if someone were taking a shower behind the wall. That came and went, but was followed by the sink not draining. The front desk,... more

We read some of the iffy reviews and were a little worried. We inadvertently had planned our vacation during Jeep Safari, and Moab was quite crowded. But this hotel was very much able to handle the full house, so all was well. The room was fine, with fridge and microwave, reasonably clean and quiet. more
