was looking for a hotel in Moab that wasn't a rip off - relatively lower price ($135 before tax) was ALL this hotel had going for it. the girl who took the phone reservation was stupid to the point of being insolent - that should've been my first clue. the woman on the desk that evening was almost as bad.... Would NOT recommend ! Old poor condition ! Over priced ! Only good thing the room was clean. Should not have Days Inn affiliation.

No elevator, narrow steep steps to second floor, poorly maintained rooms in mish mash of colors, scuzzy hot tub (though plenty hot), pool right off road with no way to exit without reaching through fence to unlock from other side), tiny bathroom, surly staff, bed like sleeping on a rock, staff did not clean room until we complained, hot water... This hotel is a way from the center of town. The room is tiny, and my feet hung off the end of the bed. There was no soap or shampoo in the room, and they do not provide lotion. No coffee maker, no Kleenex, no micro or fridge, no breakfast; find somewhere else in Moab. Lots of better places in... More

Last minute choice to stay in a hotel instead of camp on a rainy night. Window screen was disgusting and bent, hair that wasn't ours in the shower. Too late for breakfast that was supposed to go another hour.

General Manager Jani really helped us out with our sticky situation and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Not a luxury resort but prices were definitely fair and breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Thanks so much Jani!
