5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

After a hot day on the road and Arches National Park, this quiet motel with a cool pool was just the ticket. Nothing fancy, we were on a budget but it had everthing we needed. Was very comfortable and a nice bathroom.

We stayed here for three nights and found the room to be bright, clean and comfortable. Moab appears to close down in January so it was really quiet and the restaurant was shut (as were many others in town). Cleaning of the room was light touch but ok. One reason we booked this hotel was location. However Moab is not... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Late check-in was no problem. They held a first floor room open for us and it was ready for our late arrival. This was big deal as we had a lot of luggage. Rooms were very nicely done and fairly quiet. Location has great access to downtown. Not much view, but a nice... More

It's great but...wish it had pet friendly rooms. The property was in a good location. The rooms were clean. The walking distance to shops made it so much easier since we were there during Jeep week. The pool was a nice asset.

Clean, spacious rooms...seemed to be newly remodeled. Good enough for a couple of nights amidst a national park trip. Tip: The moab diner across the street has great breakfast (though you do get breakfast vouchers for the pancake haus....).

Clean new room, comfortable beds, convenient location downtown ... Walk to all the restaurants and shops. Quiet room ... We stayed on the 2nd (top) floor, end unit. We will stay here again. Stayed at the Hampton Inn our 1st night, too far from the restaurants, loud AC unit, noisy from room above ... So this hotel was a pleasure... More

We had a balcony room on the end of the building. Who would have thought a balcony room would've been on the ground floor! Our room was large with Keurig machine, microwave, frig, safe in closet, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Thin bedspread on bed wasn't enough even cranking the heat up. Our bathroom had a drainage problem. By... More

Dear Pam H, I truly apologize that you experienced issues with your room. We checked the the heat and it is working properly in the room. I wonder if you were using the thermostat on the wall instead of attempting to adjust the temperature on the unit itself. Thank you for bringing our attention to the slow drainage, it has... More

The Hotel Moab Downtown is economical and within walking distance to downtown. The rooms are clean and recently remodeled. The price is very reasonable. Room rate includes $5 coupon for breakfast at the restaurant next door.

We bookended a backpacking trip to Canyonlands Needles district with a stay at the hotel Moab downtown. The rate was very reasonable and the staff was friendly.
