Good location and nice updated clean rooms. Diner across street was good and you can easily walk downtown. Has good A/C and also nice view of the surrounding mountains. Would definitely stay here again. Also just a few miles to Arches National Park.

After a long day of adventures and driving we landed in Moab, Utah cruising up the main Street to find a hotel. Had no prior knowledge of Moab nor read any reviews. Bob at the desk was very helpful and accommodation available. We were delighted w the double RM and the facilities offered - microwave and frig in room, plenty... More

Hotel Moab Downtown is in a great location in the heart of downtown, walking distance to tons of restaurants and a short drive to Arches National Park. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, good wifi, and nice shower.

This place was fairly well maintained. The staff really pleasant, rooms done properly. Everything worked. Some nutcase decided to take two blah shower heads and rig them together for a fancy schmancy dual shower head. The adapter was chrome, but two of the same shower head does not equate to what is out there for nicer shower heads. BUT, no... More

Dear Mike P, Thank you for your review and I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay. I haven't heard before that the lighting in the bathroom is insufficient, but I will definitely look into it. Sincerely, Elise Kohls General Manager Hotel Moab Downtown More

We planned to stay in Moab due to its proximity to Arches National Park, as well as being en route to Monument Valley. The location is very convenient, the pool/hot tub were great, the rooms were SUPER nice...they had obviously been given a modernization in recent time. My only complaint was it was pricey for a no-frills room; however, I... More

Dear Mark C, Thank you for your compliments on our beautiful rooms! It's wonderful that you got to visit both Arches and Monument Valley during your time in our area. You will be pleasantly surprised at the amazing rates we can offer November through March if you decide to visit us again during the slower season. Even during the high... More

This hotel must have been a chain in an earlier life but the rooms have been updated, are decently furnished, and clean. The hotel is right in the heart of Moab, close to all the restaurants and the attractions. Helpful front-desk clerks have lots of info on the nearby National Parks. Wifi in the back rooms was extremely slow.

Dear Susan, I'm so happy to hear that you found our updated rooms to be clean and well-furnished, and that our staff was able to assist you regarding all of the National Parks. I truly apologize if the wifi was slow. I see your description of the room you stayed in, and I will contact our technical support service to... More

This is a basically a motel that is located in downtown Moab. I realize that there are not many hotels in that area but it was way expensive for what was offered. Rooms are old but clean. Bathrooms are outdated.

Dear Caesar M., Please be assured that our standard rooms are beautifully updated top to bottom, as well as the bathrooms. We have a small handful of economy rooms in our hotel, only 7 out of our 81, and from your description I can tell that this is where you must have stayed. We offer economy rooms for guests who... Stayed for one night during a crazy holiday weekend. People were everywhere! The rooms were clean and surprisingly modern. The staff was all friendly and helpful. For the type of motel it was, we were very pleased. My only complaint was the cost of the room for the type of motel it was. If we were to stay in the... More

Dear Bfhattery, You must have been here during Memorial Day Weekend and yes, it was crazy! I have not seen such a long line of cars heading north on Main St. as there were that Monday. I'm glad you enjoyed the modern rooms and our fantastic staff, but before you decide to book elsewhere in the future, please check our... More

We've stayed here before in their remodeled rooms, which I guess make up the majority of the property. Sadly, none of these incredible rooms were available when we tried to book last-minute on Memorial Day weekend. We were able to snag one of their non-remodeled rooms, which they have only a few of and are located in the same building... More

This hotel was accommodating and friendly. The room was very good size with a huge bathroom and 2 windows in the bathroom. AMAZING!! The bed was comfy but you could hear when your neighbors were taking a shower.
