The hotel is exactly what you hope for in a Sleep Inn. Clean, well decorated, bed good, breakfast good, Good service from the staff. We arrived at 8PM on a Sunday. No place in town to eat that late. The town closes early especially on Sunday. Don't expect to find any inside dinning to be open late. Just be prepared... More

This is a busy hotel in a popular tourist area with access to Canyonlands. Arches and Dead Horse point. The location is great but it was disappointing that there is no elevator to the upper levels and all the non smoking rooms are on the upper floors. Breakfast was busy with an overflow seating area but a limited amount of... More

Moab is a cute city in a beautiful part of the world. The hotel is clean and comfortable, but there is no elevator so getting your luggage up to second floor rooms is a pain. The dining area is small and the toaster etc is insufficient for the number of guests. Some additional seating is available upstairs, but you have... More

We've stayed here several times. Hotels in Moab are expensive and this place is more reasonably priced, probably because it's a two-minute drive into town. It's a basic hotel where the rooms are clean and service is fine, which is all we need when visiting Moab. Breakfast is OK, very typical of what you get all over the country in... More

A deco from the 80s, internet comes and goes, room directly on the road, beautiful view on the parking, front staff hardly acknowledges your presence, 4-5 tables only in the breakfast area – which does not matter because the said breakfast is bad. Basic is the word.

Hated to interrupt the girl at the desk from her texting to get checked in almost as much as she did.(sarcasm). After a complicated time getting checked in due to incompetence ALL the desk clerks ignored us as we came and went during our 3 day stay. Room was way to small for 4 people. Did not feel at all... The staff was very friendly and helpful when we stayed 1 night. The hotel is older but clean. It did look like it had some renovations done to it recently. Only a small sink outside the bathroom area but shower was good. Pillows and linens did show some wear but were ok. It did have a decent laundry area if... More

We stayed here for 4 days. The price is very reasonable for summer rates. Recommend bottom floor since they have no elevator. Request a non-smoking room & request it away from the smoking rooms. A hallway near the smoking rooms smells like smoke. Our room was spacious but we got a one queen bed room. The breakfast area was cramp,... More

This hotel is located in a convenient location-a couple of miles south of the center of town. The room was a fair size with a comfortable bed. The housekeeping staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. The breakfast room was small but had a fair variety of food items and the lady working in the breakfast area was very nice and... I think most people over-rate motels in the resort communties in the west. So this is average, but probably most people would rate it very good. Nothing really wrong, but nothing really great either. Staff kind of indifferent. A few minutes of chit-chat about the area wouldn't kill them. MIssed an elevator after lugging two large suitcases up the stairs.... More
