We loved this place and the location! It was just far enough out of downtown Moab to be quiet & peaceful and close enough to go in for dinner or supplies. Downtown Moab is pretty loud and bustling so we were very glad we didn't book a hotel in town! The resort is very close to Arches and within 30... More

Stayed in Unit 3. Outside storage unit with roll down door. Split level floor plan. Entry is a landing between stairs going up to bedrooms, and stairs going down to living area. Glass doors and tall windows open onto a patio off the lawn. Our party of five was quite comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked aside from food, although... More

The location is fantastic - away from the relative buzz of "downtown" Moab but close enough to visit for the restaurants, groceries, and shopping. Service was fantastic - issues were fixed almost immediately even though reported past the office closing time. The apartment is almost a house - nice two level layout in one half of a building.

We stayed one night in unit 17B, a studio unit: http://moabspringsranch.com/?page_id=475 The pics on the website give a good view of the room, though I included pics of the kitchen/TV area and large walk-in closet. We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is located at the beginning of the 191 strip into Moab, which sets it just a few... More

Beautiful condo very close to everything in Moab. You can walk to the ZipLine center, and easily get to restaurants and other amenities in city (if you can call Moab a city). It is very close to Arches National Park and the Colorado River as well. The furnishings are beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the Oasis... More

Absolutely the most beautiful setting in Moab. We stayed in unit 12 and everything was fantastic. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a loft, full kitchen and dining room, great porch and 2-car garage. No hotel can hold a candle to this place! And there really are natural springs on the property. A great place to relax or explore, whatever suits... More

We stayed in unit #7 during a family trip to Moab. The spacious and well appointed condo was able to easily accommodate six. It was nice to be able to relax after a day of exploring in a family type of setting. The pool and park area were lovely. The natural springs were amazing ( and definitely worth a wade!).... More

Our family enjoyed a wonderful few days here. We visited all the National Parks and were thrilled to have a home rather than a motel to go back to at days end. Beautifully appointed, lots of amenities, 2 car garage, well insulated, great kitchen-can't say enough about this great place.

We stayed in condo #8. Spacious, clean, cool and quiet. Very nice, but the real attraction is the lush green park with a cold, clear spring running through shady green lawn with hammocks, swings and places to stroll (through the little stream if you want to cool your feet after a hot desert hike. The area around Moab is full... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
The resort is a renovation of Moab's oldest ranch. The historic Granstaff and Taylor Ranches were sited where copious springs of crystal-clear water issue from the red-rock cliffs. This historic oasis has a rich legacy from pre-historic times, the Pioneer era and even the twentieth century. The Spanish Trail, Butch Cassidy and Moab pioneers have each played a role. The restored two-story brick Ranch House is on the National Register of Historic Places. A stately grove of native Cottonwood trees shade and cool the spacious restored grounds. The Ranch nestles into the mesa known locally as the Slickrock Trail Mesa, which may be accessed on an old cattle trail from the Resort.Your accommodations at Moab's most luxurious Townhome Condominiums are 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 people. The floor plans have been called the "smartest" in town. Large windows, numerous doors, patios and balconies make these units bright and airy. ... more   less
