The hotel was okay for the price.breakfast isn't that good.so I recommend you go out and buy some on a fast food or restaurant.Pool is okay too. They have three buildings the main one is the one with the restaurant and breakfast.Front Desk employees were kind and friendly but housekeepimg was kinda slow.

My spouse and I stayed here on a business trip for him, as part of a several-week road trip. Prior to checking in, we called the hotel to inquire of its pet policy and finding that pets are welcome, I informed the hotel that we would be traveling with our 6.5-pound dog. When we arrived, we found that we had... More

Good easy to get to location. It's an older hotel that has just been paintedover. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pillows were a little small but there was a bunch of them in the room. My room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. THe staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast. The bar is... More

We stayed here for one night, driving up from Washington DC. It is located on the main road through the town, but was not noisy, and had a lovely view over the hills. It is also next door the the visitor centre and the Harpers Ferry National Park. We didn't arrive until about 4p.m. but were still able to visit... More

The whole stay was a disaster. Our room was in the second building. The room smelled bad, heavily stained carpets, no skirting on the beds so it was very visible that the box springs were grayish-black in color. Took the top blanket off the beds to reveal burns, tears, and cuts in the velour-like blankets underneath. Returned to the front... More

My husband and I stayed at the Quality Hotel in the middle of June. We only stayed one night but everything was perfect! The room was nice and clean and didn’t have one of those funny smells to it. The staff was friendly and provided the proper information to any questions we had and in a timely manner. We returned... More

Stayed here while going white watering with River Riders. Everything exceeded expectations. Room was very clean and well appointed. Lovely view from windows of the mountains and valley. Picnic tables outside for sitting and enjoying the view in the morning and the sunset at night. Breakfast was wonderful including waffles, eggs and bacon or sausage (depending on the day). Convenient... More

King Suite w/view of indoor pool(had balcony that is shared with 3? other rooms) overlooking pool. Pool noise can really be heard in this room(1104) but it was usually quiet by 8-8:30pm. Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Bed was very comfortable with a fiber filled blanket that was very lightweight but snuggly. Complementary breakfast was okay with make your... More

I stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to Antietam Battlefield. Although heading into Harpers Ferry wasn't initially our primary reason to visit, it turned out that the hotel was right next to the National Park visitor center and we could catch the shuttle from there into Harpers Ferry. I appreciated the proximity to the center after returning from... More

I have stayed at this hotel with my family or friends on a yearly basis since 2005 and have always had a good experience. Our last stay was the first week of September 2008. If you will be visiting the National Park or using the services or River Riders, this hotel is an ideal location. If you are visiting Charles... More
