Overall I was pretty happy with this hotel. We have stayed only at Choice Hotels our entire trip (seven different ones in total), so it was interesting to compare them all. What I really appreciated about this place was the ability for our family to all stay in one room, instead of having to order two rooms as usual. They... More

We stayed at the Quality Hotel Conference Center this past weekend and had our first ever experience with bed bugs. I always try to check for bed bugs as I know they're on the rise. I know bed bugs can occur anywhere, in $500/night rooms or $39/night rooms, and that their presence is not a matter of cleanliness (although I... More

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. We found the employees were friendly and curious and the rooms spacious and clean. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I stayed at the Quality Inn for over a week in October, and had several rooms booked for a family gathering during my last weekend there. On the third day of my stay, there was a fire in an electrical transformer that knocked out the electricity to the entire hotel. Since I was out of the hotel at the time,... More

Upon arrival we were greeted by simi friendly staff.Later asked for three blankets the girl rolled her eyes at me because apparently she had to walk down stairs to get them. She was quickly corrected by the manager then offer to carry them to my room. The room was large but smell of a old musty basement. The windows were... More

We recently stayed at this hotel. First they put us on the 1st floor, which is below ground level...it was very musty and we requested a different room. We were re-located to the 3rd floor- which was much better. The room was very clean, but the air conditioning kept us both up all night. The free breakfast Sucked.

We traveled to Charles Town on business and will most certainly return here to experince more of the historic attractions. The staff recommended we visit the Hollywood Casino. Wow! Great suggestion. What a way to entertain clients. Finally I must mention the wonderful food and drink at the tavern. Look forward to returning soon.

The hotel was okay for the price.breakfast isn't that good.so I recommend you go out and buy some on a fast food or restaurant.Pool is okay too. They have three buildings the main one is the one with the restaurant and breakfast.Front Desk employees were kind and friendly but housekeepimg was kinda slow.

My spouse and I stayed here on a business trip for him, as part of a several-week road trip. Prior to checking in, we called the hotel to inquire of its pet policy and finding that pets are welcome, I informed the hotel that we would be traveling with our 6.5-pound dog. When we arrived, we found that we had... More

Good easy to get to location. It's an older hotel that has just been paintedover. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pillows were a little small but there was a bunch of them in the room. My room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. THe staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast. The bar is... More
