Family of three with 5-year old stayed three nights on first floor 2-Queens bedroom that was clean and spacious. It had typical budget hotel decor, 3-foot refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Property was recently bought, renovated, and renamed the Quality Inn. Road signs for this hotel are confusing and information is only available by telephone. Continental breakfast was included in $103.50... more

If you book a king size bed, expect two doubles. The staff explained this as " you're booked here too long and will take up the few king size beds we have." The first night I was gifted with a huge bug bite! My collegue had wasps in his room. The sheets and mattress pad must be circa 1985. Everytime... more

Our three night stay at Quality Inn, formerly Cliffside Inn, was an overall pleasant experience. Upon arrival, we were checked in by a friendly young desk clerk. The room was great. Very spacious and clean. Surprisingly there was a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator in the room. The wooded view from the room was a nice added touch. Only a... more

We've stayed at this place before but apparently it was just bought this year, and i tell you the new owners have done an excellent job renovating! The room was very clean they even had a fridge and a microwave. They have cleaned up their property a lot and apparently have put a lot of money into the place while... more

I stayed here for one night in late November for a work trip. There was absolutely nobody else booked but our group, and we had an okay time. My room seemed clean and decent enough, however my bathroom toilet had 'flushing trouble' and nobody's TV remotes worked (I had spare batteries on me so replaces them for the night and... more

After reading some other reviews, we were lukewarm about this place, but the location and price were right. We arrived early evening. The front desk person was young and clearly not experienced, but tried his best to accommodate our needs. There are 3 buildings. Here's a tip: Stay in the first one! The first building has the breakfast room, indoor... more

I've stayed in worse than this. We stayed here because Hilltop Hotel only had a room with a double bed and we sleep with a one-year-old in a king-sized bed at home. No one would have slept in a double bed. We checked Comfort Inn and they only had a smoking room, which we didn't want. I was leary at... more

We spent the first night in the Comfort Inn (because of the terrible reviews of the Quality Inn) and were appalled at the traffic noise and small room. We decided to check out the Quality Inn the next morning and found it to be wonderful, esp. compared to the Comfort Inn. We stayed at the Quality Inn 5 days. It... more

I stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to visit the slots. You would not believe the experience. We checked into the hotel and were sent to our room and opened the door and it was still dirty. Beer cans in the trash, beds not made, etc. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we waited in... more
