We stayed two nights to explore the ice caves accessible this year along Lake Superior. Relaxed, friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in Jacuzzi 2. Really bright room for a garden level! Jacuzzi was too small for two people. Room was well decorated, comfortable beds, clean. Lighting at sink needs to be replaced -- scary bright. Perfectly located to walk just down... More

We stayed in Ada O'Day condo #3 of the Bayfield Inn group. We love the place: overlooks Lake Superior from multiple views; immaculately clean and the fireplace is an added amenity for a March stay. We are highly recommending this lovely place for a couple of nights or a week-long stay Deb and Gus

I stayed here for 2 nights in March. My plan was to see the ice caves with a friend. We arrived late the night of our check in and the hotel had emailed me to let me know where they would leave the key, in case I arrived after their front desk closed. I love that sort of personal, proactive... More

We booked a sleeper room at the Bayfield Inn when we visited the ice caves a few weeks ago. When the heating went out in that room, the front desk staff upgraded us to a condo free of charge. What a great place to stay--sweeping lake views, natural fireplace, plenty of space. We'll be recommending this spot to anyone visiting... More

A group of us stayed at the Washington Street Condo 201 and loved it. Three bedrooms, four beds, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room. Way more room than any group of four women could need for a night and at a very good price (winter rates); definitely a place to book for a family vacation... More

We stayed at the Boat Works condominiums managed by the Bayfield Inn and stayed in unit number 203 it was newly redecorated and very nice. We had breakfast at the Bayfield Inn with views of the lake and it was very good prior to going on our ice Cave trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Drove up from MKE. Needed one night before we did the Ice Cave Hike, and the Bayfield Inn was perfect for us. We had a lovely King Suite in the "Garden Guest House" across the street from the main building. Not much of a view, but tasteful elegant decor, with a nice sitting area and little kitchenette area. Very clean... More

Bayfield Inn is an adequate place to stay, however it is categorically nothing special. As a repeat guest, I typically find that businesses will attempt to accomodate specific requests if at all possible. I inquired as to the availability of a room for one night in the middle of the week, next week. It's the dead of winter and the Inn... More

Booked a quick unplanned trip to Bayfield to see the sea caves while Lake Superior was still frozen and found a room at the Bayfield Inn. The price was decent so booked without much research. No worries, it was perfect! Clean, really comfortable and very friendly staff.
