The room I had was clean and must have been updated recently. There was a microwave and refrigerator in it. One of the nightstands had a receptacle with two electrical outlets and two USB ports in it. This is something I have never seen in a budget motel! Breakfast was quite good, too.

Needed a cheap clean room for the night and had a nice stay here. The hotel is older, but the room was clean, sheets and towels clean. Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. And best of all, the price was right.

Reserved this place for an overnight stay. The front desk was friendly and the room was warm and comfortable. Unlike other reviewer comments, we found the linens and sheets to be clean and also the towels were fine. Definitely the place shows some age, more so in the bathroom area. The breakfast options were pretty good and the dining space... More

This is one of those motels that cater to "out-of-town" contractors, if you know what I mean. Dirty stained carpets throughout the hallways. Once in our room, we discovered dried human feces on the mattress cover which had been "flipped-over" on the bed. Pee stains on the mattress sheets and yellow stains on the pillows,(you bet we took the pillow... More

My wife and I were relocating with to Greeneville from the northeast. We required a pet-friendly hotel that offered reasonable rates for our extended stay; while we waited for our home in Greeneville to be completed. Our original plans were to stay at the Days Inn across the street but we were shocked to learn upon check-in that they did... More

This is now EconoLodge under new ownership. They are trying to clean it up and bring people back. Little dusty, old and a little worn. But it was clean, quiet, and the management was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices, not typical continental.

I stayed at this hotel, and unlike some of the other reviews, had no issues. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The fitness room was a little lacking when it came to the universal weight machine but everything else was in great working condition. The breakfast was above average for this type of hotel.... I do not even know where to start, lobby is nice, the desk clerk was nice enough. That's where the good stops. We reserved 2 rooms paid for online and was looking forward to a relaxing 2 days with family. After driving 500 miles we arrived at 1 in the morning tired and in need of sleep. Room 1; I... More

The staff was very friendly but couldn't make up for the poor quality service. The rooms are very old and in need of updating but were decently clean. Our trouble started on day 2. We left the hotel about noon for the college baseball games we were there to attend. When we returned about 6:30 PM, we found our room... More
