This hotel has smoking rooms as well as non smoking rooms. The whole hotel has odor of cigarette smoke. Our room was "non-smoking" but still had cigarette odor. So, if you are sensitive or allergic to cigarette smoke, do not stay here. Also, later that night, we noticed a fake fingernail on top of the TV cabinet, so, not sure... More

This place is very appealing to the eyes, great curb appeal. The front entrance isn't like it is in this picture, I'll take a more up to date one in November when I travel there again. The front desk was very courteous, and very helpful. The lobby was clean and looked organized. The room was a nice size room and... More

Traveled from North Carolina to Greeneville, Tennessee on July 4, 2014. I chose this hotel because the ratings were good and they would allow us to bring our little dog. We checked in and I paid our room charge of $254.00 in cash. The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. I have no problems with the... More

We stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. No one is ever at the front desk. They charged the same all nights, but didn't clean the room or bathroom after the first night. They made the bed (sort of) each day and replaced towels is all. My husband smokes and the room ashtray was never emptied .Breakfast was... More

Stayed here June 19th and checked out June 21st. The Major Problem here our rooms were located very close to the Front Desk. BOTH nights we were woke up by loud talking that was the Desk Clerk! I didn't say anything to them on the spot because I was too upset. Other than that one problem with noise, it's basically... More

In early June we traveled with our two well-behaved Shelties to pick up a puppy from a nearby breeder. While our room was not huge, it was very clean and very quiet. The serve-yourself breakfast in the lobby the next morning was plentiful and very good. The staff were all just amazing. When we returned with our new puppy, they... More

We stayed here recently, and I liked it:) The service was very friendly, and it was easy to find. The bathrooms, bed, and storage area was up to par in my book. We used our AAA membership and got at 10% discount which was tax from what I understand. They also serve breakfast from 6-9 AM which is pretty awesome.... More

Nice hotel, one of the two newer ones in Greeneville. The other is Hampton Inn which is directly in front of this hotel. The room was large and clean. I liked that the sink/vanity area was outside of the toilet/shower in our room because it’s easier to get ready when sharing the room with others. I was worried walking in... More

That covers it, really. If you are driving from a place with an 11:00 check-out, to a place with a 3:00 or 4:00 check-in, and it's only a two-hour drive, somebody's got to do you a favor or you'll get stuck in a lobby with a cat in a plastic carrier, which can be stressful for everybody. On this leg... More

Our first hotel stay with our four legged fur baby found us in Greeneville. We checked out "pet friendly" hotels in the area using TripAdvisor and BringFido.com. Based on the great reviews we chose Quality Inn. It was a wonderful choice!! From the friendly folk at the front desk to the nights stay, everything was TOP quality! The hotel was... More
