This is now an EconoLodge and we were a little hesitant with the two star rating on Orbitz. What a surprise when we found such a clean well-kept hotel with delightful friendly staff. If we're ever in Greeneville we will make sure to stay here again

We chose this hotel after reading other trip advisor reviews. We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were clean and roomy. Breakfast was hot and tasty, with several items to choose from. We can definitely recommend this hotel with confidence.

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn when in Greeneville but this time I had to bring our family dog so I had to change hotels. What a nice surprise. The king room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff was wonderful. Scruffy and I had a wonderful overnight stay. I did not have breakfast but everyone seemed... More

Clean, big room. King bed was a little hard. Not enough towels and I was traveling alone. Hotel did have a faint cigarette odor. Not a bad stay but a little over priced. Several restaurants nearby....

I had to make a quick trip to Greenville TN for personal reasons. Do not normally stay at Quality Inn but gave it try. This one was very clean, good bed, good breakfast and $25 cheaper than Hamtion Inn

My experience was very good at this hotel. Nice GM who was working the desk on my arrival, very competitive rate for a king bedroom, and many options for dinner, all easily walkable from the hotel. Fatz, a full service restauant, (with a nice bar), is right in the parking lot of the hotel. Hot breakfast the next morning was... More

This hotel was a good value, i bought the room on Priceline. I thought the room was clean and the beds were good. We had no problems with the Internet. If I could change anything, it would be the Art on the walls. I would prefer photos of the local area and mountains, the pictures of Paris seemed out of... More

One word. Cockroach on the wall. Care to know more, read on.... The staff are kind and as accommodating as they can be with owners who do not empower them to solve problems. The room was filthy. Dusty headboard, gum stuck to the headboard, holes in the wall, no caulk in the tub, cigarette burn in the tub, drippy faucet,... More

Very clean hotel. Rooms nicely decorated. Previously a Jameson Inn the place still has a bit of that charm and décor. While it does have smoking rooms. I could barely detect it in the hallway, and had no odor in the room (and I am very sensitive to the smell of cigarettes.)

This hotel has smoking rooms as well as non smoking rooms. The whole hotel has odor of cigarette smoke. Our room was "non-smoking" but still had cigarette odor. So, if you are sensitive or allergic to cigarette smoke, do not stay here. Also, later that night, we noticed a fake fingernail on top of the TV cabinet, so, not sure... More
