Ended up at the Kanoa Resort after the usual hotels in Saipan had filled up with (pre?) Chinese New Year visitors to the island. We were offered a $40/night additional charge for a room in an "executive suite," which was supposed to have been "newly renovated." Maybe we should have, and maybe that's where the positive reviews are coming from.... More

We checked in at quite an early hour in the morning and so we didin't have time to enjoy ourseleves in the pools or in the beach on arrival. But when we woke up at arounfd 10 o'clock , we were so surprised to get to see such a beautiful white sand beach and the marine blue sea along with... More

We arrived early and could not check in until 2pm. The lobby was promising and the pool area with slides were great. The food in the buffet was very good, but priced high for the half-sized offering of a usual buffet. I think this is Saipan wide, not limited to this hotel. The Airport pickup was $10 each as was... Very nice resort facility. Front desk staff very friendly, helpful, and professional. Room itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My third floor room faced the beach; spectacular Pacific sunsets ! Housekeeping service done perfectly every day. The hotel was full of mostly families and young couples from Asia and Europe. Was in Saipan for a week-long business trip - would... More

Arrived the hotel early in the morning; glad to check-in earlier by extra USD40. Rooms were rather aged but acceptable with the rates paid and the very nice seaview. The bed was compy and the air-cons was strong. Free Wi-Fi was available in the room and the lobby. Staff were friendly in general. Hotel breakfast was sufficient with Asian food... More

Lets start with the ugly first.... Any room not in the Tower... The hotel is being renovated but not fast enough. Next lets go with the good... The rooms in the Tower are nice... Very nice in fact with fantastic views of the Saipan Bay. The breakfast buffet that was included with the room was pretty good too. As for... More

I made a last minute reservation here because most of the other hotels were booked for the marathon that weekend. I was worried after reading other reviews on here. The hotel staff was excellent, the food reasonably priced, and there was lots to do; 2 pools, with waterslide, beachfront access with many water sports/toys, and giant hamster balls. Our room... Expect to have to give your life story if you want to guarantee a room reservation. After I called initially to reserve two nights, they emailed me a multiple-question form that I had to fill out and include a credit card number on. They also required a photo ID and a copy of the card itself. So after wasting 30... More
