I guess I have just gotten used to poor service, so it came as a surprise when we came to the PIC and the club mates all smiled and greeted you when you walked anywhere. A few asked us our names and over the next few days we were greeted by name and a big smile. They turned a good... More

Ok. Let me start off by saying that I don't have kiddos. I love em'...but I don't have them. This is the type of "Club" that there are LOTS of locals who have memberships here, so they bring their kiddos to play in the EXTENSIVE water park. So, you're going to have a LOT of kids running around. My coworkers... More

Stayed here in recently on a business trip. The property is not bad, and the grounds are kept nicely. They have a nice beach and some pretty good food choices on the grounds, and the restaurants out on the sand have nice atmosphere while you're enjoying a meal or drink. The downside for me, being here on business is that... More

Pacific island Club is one of the best hotels found in the Marianas IsLands. Im not trying to make the other hotel look bad, but this is one of the hotels that my classmates & I used to go back in our elementary years. It was safe for us students. My teacher didn't have to worry about us alot because... More

We stayed in PIC Saipan for a couple weeks this year and i loved it so much! The hotel is situated in very nice place. Rooms are clean and thats what i liked the most. Great place for family. Lazy river, waves, slides and lots of water. No early room check in so dont arrive early. Or rent a car and drive around for the morning. Room was ready on time at 2pm. Pool was open into the night up to 10pm. Basic rooms but after a day at the pool all you need is... More

Pacific Islands Club is definitely a family resort, you will find many kids there, and they are typical kids, a lot of noise. The grounds are nicely manicured and kept up, the hotel is in very nice shape, the rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, the food in the restaurants is very good and a good value for the price.... If you have young kids, I don't know why you'd go anywhere else. We stayed for seven days and had the best time. We bought the gold meal plan, which gave us three meals per day. You can use the plan in any restaurant but we only used the main dining room where they had a great buffet with something... More

We are a family of four and spend one week in Pacific Island Resort and was amazed by the pool activities and the friendly staff at this place. The island itself is not much to write about but the war history here is interesting. We booked the gold card with the room and the buffet was fantastic. Highly recommendable resort.
