Best hotel in Saipan. Every room has a lovely beach view! The park like lush grounds are exquisite. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Restaurants excellent, catering to all tastes and budgets. Next to the War Memorial.

The hotel has pretty pictures and lots of good comments. But the REALITY is just the opposite. Slow, inefficient reception, cheating from the moment you get there. I waited for the room 3o minutes longer, because it had to be 'inspected'. On the pictures attached you will see what I got- worn out furniture, smelly smoking room (my reservation was... More

The staff here are very friendly but not always effective -- they forgot to pick me up. Transport came 1 hour late after several phone calls. Rooms are dated but functional. Grounds are well kept and elegant. There's a boat to the nearby island in good weather. Many nice eateries just outside the entrance. Next to Saipan war museum, which... More

We just returned from a 5 day stay at the resort and would have stayed longer but they were booked. Shout out to Jack in bookings for squeezing us in and Athea the concierge for making our stay relaxing. Postcard views from the room, best (clear of seaweed) private beach and exceptional location for walking to restaurants and shops awaited... More

Hyatt was clean. I stayed in the older rooms but there was wifi in certain spots of the room. The bathroom was huge- although marble floors are always a hazard in my opinion. The beds were nice. There was a fridge and the AC was cold. All rooms have a view of the beach so that's nice. Everything is dated.... More

This is a great hotel. Location is convenient for visiting the main town on the island, just a short walk away, all on a flat surface. The rooms are spacious and very very clean and quiet. Rooms are cleaned twice per day and fresh towels are replaced twice per day. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Restaurants are good and... More

This is my second trip to the Hyatt. All in all, another great stay - unfortunately they didn't have rooms the entire time so I had to move to another hotel. But that gave me an opportunity to compare a couple hotels. If you're curious, read the review I am about to write on the Fiesta Hotel where I will... More

I have been coming here for years, Best hotel on the island. Very nice rooms, great staff and great location. What could you possibly find wrong with waking up in the morning and looking out over a crystal clear tropical lagoon? I will come here again and again.

Best hotel in Saipan with comfortable rooms, great room service, awesome view of the ocean, and a great beach to relax. The buffet is to die for. Hotel is close to mall, the grado cave, and historical sights from WWII.

The deluxe rooms are very spacious. Our room was clean and comfortable. Normally, hotel rooms in Saipan with central air-conditioning have humidity problems. But we had no problems. Bathroom had a separate walk-in shower and bath. Nice a large. It would be good to have wifi in the rooms but no such luck. I would however stay here again.

Dear mhstewy, Greetings from our team here at Hyatt®! The deluxe rooms are definitely one of our best room offerings, with their easy access to the beach area. We are very happy to hear that your room was clean and that you had a good impression of our bathrooms. Internet connectivity is one of the areas we are focused on,... More
