This was a side trip on our around the world trip. My husband wanted to come here for all the great history and we definitely found it. The CKBH is a small family style motel on the affordable side. Our room was clean, with great housekeeping. The shower pressure was good. We had a front porch, with one chair but... More

I am sincerely confused about the reviews that rate this place above a "poor" rating. Sure, it's more affordable than other hotels in Saipan...but...it is NOT worth it. They advertise wifi in the rooms...BUT THERE IS ONLY WIFI IN THE LOBBY. I was traveling here with 2 other co-workers, and we each had our own rooms. 1 coworker walked in... More

We didn't stay at this hotel but checked out the rooms, they have standard hotel rooms as well as 2 Brm suites with kitchen and living area, they are basic but so cute and the atmosphere of the place is "old world islander", they offer amazing discounts for stays of 1 week or more and if you get breakfast included... Some pretty rough reviews for this place, mostly undeserved. Folks, if you want the high rise Hyatt and the trappings that come with it, then write that check. It never ceases to amaze me when folks book budget locations and then slam them when they do not receive Marriott type accommodations. ( I am platinum with Marriott and enjoyed our... More

I stayed this hotel just one night in March this year. Stuff were all friendly and nice however room was horrable. Not only old and dark but also their bedding had blood stain on the sheets. I guess motel 6 is much better.

Stayed here for 1 day and had to move to another hotel downtown. Rooms are very small and beds are small and hard. It has a nice beach but location is far from downtown area where are the nice restaurants are. I suggest staying in another hotel located in Garapan area.

We stayed here for four nights December 2012 and enjoyed our stay. Your choices in Saipan are really expensive, really cheap, or like this one, somewhere in between. The hotel is located a few miles from Garapan so if you want to walk from your hotel to shopping and restaurants you don't want to stay here, although the best restaurant... More

Chose hotel after reviewing here and upon recommendation from rental car agency (package deal); Hotel is quite a distance from "downtown" with downtown being where the DFS gallery/Hard Rock/ABC/ shopping are located. 28 units located on the beach; parking available; all rooms are poolside; wireless internet access point at the lobby and accessable from the rooms; three meals a day... We did not stay at this hotel but we did eat there. The food was great for breakfast. Looks like a very fun hotel with a great pool and beach. Low key and lovely. Not fancy. Definitely check it out if you are in Saipan.

I felt a little like Don Draper when I walked into this place. It's right on the beach with a late 50's early 60's vibe that is PRICELESS. Small pool with little tiki huts and a great bartender (Harry!) who pours liberal $3 happy hour cocktails and serves up great grub. The breakfast was the best I have ever tasted-... More
