Just returned from a 3 night stay at the Juliana hotel. We paid $106 per night and the room was not huge but it was plenty of space for 2 people...esp. if you don't spend a lot of time there. We stayed at the Juliana Hotel for 4 nights in Aug. 2003. Although we did not have a view, our deluxe room was very spacious and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and wine reception. The staff was very nice. We felt safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Juliana during the Summer of 2003 and absolutely loved it! We find the location to be very convenient to Union Square and cable car stop to Fishmermen's Wharf. The look is very "trendy/boutiquey," which is great if you're accustomed to corporate suites. Highly recommend it---plus it's a great value.

Book on-line for a really good deal. Room was small but perfect for 2 guests. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Had to open window all night to air out room. Maid service was excellent. We stayed at the Juliana during the summer of 2001. We were offered the "summer steal deal". It was a steal-from us. We got a suite, But both rooms were sooo tiny. They use mirrors in their pamphlet to make it look twice as big. Everything is miniature in those rooms-the bed, the nightstands, the chairs, Plus there's hardly anyplace... More

I stayed here in April 2003. The Juliana is very nice and quaint. Our room was quiet and peaceful. Great location and nice staff. I will stay here again next time I am in SF

The Juliana Hotel is a wonderful hotel that I can't recommend enough. It was very affordable ($150 per night, which I booked on their website), very conveniently located, had oodles of charm, and our room was HUGE!
