Stayed 5 nights week of October 2nd. First impression was of a small room with tired carped and no ac. Conveniently located but would not recommend because of the pest control issue. Unacceptable in the 21st century. SF tourism should remove hotel license from such establishments until they do something about it. Tarnishes SF's reputation. More

Room was tiny, dark, dingy, dreary & dirty. Unlike website photo (showing bedside lamps & wall pictures), the only lighting was a 1-bulb ceiling fixture (compatible to a bare-bulb) and the only wall "art" were the stains! The dark, tiny bathroom's ceiling was peeling & a small piece was hanging down; bottom of door was smashed/cracked/crushed(?), the shower consisted of... More

If there is an option that is worse than terrible, I would definitely choose it. The room that I was given had BEG BUGS. When I made a complain, the guy replied to me rudely and just told me to leave the place (at 4am) since there were no other rooms available. I didn't get to sleep. The location is... More

When we arrived we were put in a tiny room. It was obviously only meant for one person as there was one chair one set of towels but the owner lied. There were no bedside lamps. These had been removed from the walls leaving holes in the plaster. I asked the front desk for a bedside lamp but he said... More

Do NOT stay here! It is not worth the cheap price. Our first room reeked so much of cigarettes that we couldn't stay in the room for 5 minutes. There were cigarette burns on my bedspread. The management seemed shocked saying "This is an non smoking motel!". Yeah.. right. Our second room smelled a little bit better but the phone... More

The accommodations at the Bayside Inn at the Wharf were wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. A nice young lady in the office assisted me in connecting my computer to the Inernet. The houskeeping staff did a magnificent job in cleaning our room. In fact, I gave a tip to the lady who cleaned our room. I plan to... More

Our stay lasted 2 minutes this place was the most disgusting pig sty I have ever seen,no air, room stunk, carpet filthy and vagrants hanging around on the property and this was the highlight of our experience. We were lied to by the father/daughter team at the front desk and were forced to get a refund through the credit card company.Unless you lose... The carpet was waterlogged and the management helpless. We had to change rooms after the first night. No A/C and it was quite loud. If you can afford it, a more modern hotel is a sensible investment. The "Manager" was going to see about a rebate, which of course we didn't recieve. And parking costs an extra $15 a night,which... More

Sorry we did not meet your expectations. The situation you describe was unfortunate. The leak occurred while you were staying in the room and unfortunately we were sold out that night and thus could not move you to another room. However, management did provide financial concessions for your current stay and for a future stay because of the inconvenience. If... More
