This was the first stop of our American holiday and it defiantly met all of our needs. It's clean, comfy and in a good location near union square! It's described as a boutique hotel and although it is nice, I wouldn't consider it as a 'boutique hotel.' Staff here were always friendly and very helpful which was appreciated for our... More

Stayed here for five nights and loved it. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and nice. Would highly recommend this hotel. Places to eat nearby and close to shops and China town. First visit to San Fransisco. So glad i chose this hotel.

Hotel is clean and comfortable although it's small. Coffee is available in the mornings next to the computer however it's worth going to the small cafe opposite you can get breakfast as well. Staff are helpful, but for what you get it is overpriced.

Loved our stay! The location is great. If you're not into walking, no worries, everything is a short taxi cab ride away. Only complaint would have to be the thin walls. You can clearly hear your neighbors conversations! Other than that the room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The lobby is impressive and the rooms are clean and cozy. We slept well and undisturbed. No sound from the hallway nor from other rooms. We also did not miss air conditioning. I would stay there again on my next trip.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. This hotel is located good place and doesn't serve breakfast and laundry service. However good sandwich cafes are located beside this hotel and coin laundry shop too. Overall, It was good, but soundproofing was horrible. If you talked with your trip partner with in your room, next room passenger can hear your talk.... More

That is basically what it comes down to. I liked this hotel. My husband and I paid a great price through hotwire so I felt it was good for the money. The reason we wouldn't stay there again is because we would probably prefer air conditioning next time. I really liked the wine hour they had on weekdays. It wasn't... More

Basic room with a comfy bed. Really missed the air conditioning we'd enjoyed in hotels whilst staying in other parts of America during our honeymoon trip. Leak under the sink in the bathroom reported and dealt with accordingly. Fixtures around the shower were a squint and a bit wobbled. Returned to our room on our last night to find our... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for several days during a trip to San Francisco and we truly enjoyed it. We were several floors up and it was an unusually hot day for the area- that's when we realized there was no air conditioning in the rooms. We asked the front desk (who were also sweating) if there... More

The room was very clean and the staff was accommodating to my requests. The room was modern and trendy but I still feel the $350/night I spent was a little pricey. The hotel was clean though especially our room. If the hotel aesthetic looks cool and appeals to you, definitely check them out.
