There are a lot of good things about this hotel, but we were disappointed in a few areas. The bathroom door slides, but doesn't close completely making a family stay uncomfortable. “Cool as always”

I love W hotels, and this was no exception. The hotel is in a great location, with great service, but it is a little pricey. The room we had was a corner room, and was a great size and very confortable. The bathroom was very small for the size of the room.

“Comfortable”

Good location and comfortable room. Friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for business trip. However, nothing exceeds my expectation, and that may be the only "bad" thing. About 35 mins walk to Pier 39 and 10 mins walk to the Caltrain station.
