Good location but in need of modernisation. Plumbing was noisy, as was the dustmen every morning at 5.30. Ask for a high floor away from the street front. The best thing was the wine reception, plenty for everybody and a knowledgable member of staff to explain them. Dont expect a big breakfast as its only a coffee and a cake. more

We were most satisfied with our stay at the Vintage court. It was very clean and the room was a good size. It did have a little of that 'old building' smell but we did not find it noticeable after the first five minutes or so. The staff were excellent and happy to give advice and directions to various attractions.... more

We have stayed at this hotel many times and still feel that it provides a good room at a nice price in downtown San Francisico. This hotel is ideally situated, within easy walking distance of transportation, restaurants and shopping. The rooms have lots of character and are quite clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel for my next stay. You can leave your car just up the street at a city lot for $28 a day.... more
