Best location - close to everything. Lobby is beautiful, staff is uber friendly and rooms are nice for a historic hotel (crisp bedding, L'Occitane shower stuffs). We where very unaware that this hotel was so close the SF worst area. The tenderloin. But we soon where as my son in law as paying the bill was robbed.
