Fantastic for the price and the staff are really helpful and good fun if you take the time to get to know them, especially Christina. It is close to everything and if you're travelling and just need somewhere to sleep and leave your stuff I can't fault it. Yes, there's some dodgy goings on but that's part of its character... More

This place is absolutely horrible!!!!! Not only is it on the edge of the tenderloin (apparently San Francisco's equivalent to skid row) the place smells like pee, there's needles all over the place, there's bums shouting across the street and the service is the worst I've ever seen. When we tried to get a refund or bargain with the front... More

We stayed in this hotel with my father, who was coming to SF for a medical appointment. I booked the room online for 2, no charge in advance. It was very hectic and stressful trip for us, so appreciated very friendly and helpful staff. When we were checking in we couldnt get the CC thru, they let us stay with... More

Stayed here for 2 days. Room was extremely large so it felt too empty, had a king size bed nd bathroom was spacious. Located a couple blocks from the main road which we was able to get public transport. The thing is the room had this 'dirty' feel to it which i found uncomfortable

One of my worse hotel experiences. Rooms dirty, no closet. Can hear the drug deals in the halls. booked through hotels.com. Didn't stay =, already paid for multiply nights. Refused to return my money. Avoid! Avoid!

the area of the hotel is really horrible.i never saw so many homeless and street criminals in my life. the hotel gives free parking but when you check-in they give you a notice that the hotel is not responsible if your car will be damaged on the hotel parking. and our car was damaged and robbed on our first night.the... We checked in. Homeless people and prostitutes everywhere. When my gf went to have a cig, a maid dumped a bucket of dirty mop water on her, then just walked away. I watched multiple homeless people urinate and defecate in the street behind. Was offered crystal meth one night by a colorful gentleman who tried to follow me to my... More

Motel is in average condition, I saw better, but I saw also worse. It is quite affordable, but for sure is placed in a perfect place. you can go everywhere in SanFran without taking taxis or public transportation. OK, to visit GoldenGate is better have some transport.

I needed a cheap place to stay. I tried to check in early, but they wouldn't let me. I should have begged to get out of my reservation, as I left after an hour once checked in. I suppose if I weren't a single woman, I might have been OK. Aside from the overwhelming smell of bleach, and the street... More
