The hotel room and bathroom were clean. No smoke odor or any other odor. Sheet and towers were clean. Everything work in my room (TV, lights, heater). My room was for one person really. They have bigger room too. For the price this is a nice hotel and close to must of the attractions (walking distant). TV work fine. It... More

This hotel was great for the price. After reading the reviews I was worried about staying but it was fine. The room was really clean and the staff were really helpful. The location isn't the best at night but I didn't go to stay in my room.

I am a sixty-eight year-old widow resident in South Africa where the cost of living is much lower than the US so my search for a hotel in San Francisco was based foremost on a price I could afford as well as a central location. Though there was a considerable surcharge for New Year's Eve, I found the Inn to... More

Reserved this hotel by accident. Absolutely disgusting place. Sheets on bed were dirty , the towels were nasty , the toilet was broken and the amount of homeless people around this building were scaring the hell out of me. Don't come here . Point blank.

The hotel is good, the price is very cheap, the location is great, but I think there are two issues which are not so good: 1) too many homeless around, and the parking lot was often full. So we had to pay for a parking in other place :/

The staff was very rude I was early to check in 1:30pm was told I would have to leave and come back at 3pm. When I finally got checked the room was still dirty, had to wait outside the door another 20 mins. The only thing going is the great location and the price was reasonable. But I would have paid more... I had clients that were in the area to run a race for cancer. Pricing was way out of line but I had to find something that was in their price range. This hotel cost $189.00 per night and should have been slum hotel price of $39.00 . Bullet hole in their window. Door looked like it had been forced... More

An ok inn, not the best of neighbourhoods, drugs, people yelling all night and thin walls. You can hear everything people say and do. Do not stay here with kids! The room was clean, and we could walk to the things we wanted to see.

Good people running this place, but the area itself presents a challenge. If you stay on the bottom floor backside, you're walking through urine with homeless people sleeping in the lot behind and talking in the middle of the night. Get a room in front, and you should be ok, though the beds are old.
