This hotel will charge you a lot daily and it is terrible. Everything your neighbor do you can hear. Lots of homeless in the street (they make noise and scream at night. They also play loud music). Bad neighborhood. They advertise free parking but it is really first come and first serve. There are not spots for all rooms. Air... More

We booked this hotel because it had free parking attached to the property. It was not worth it. It is on a very sketchy block with panhandlers and homeless in abundance. We had to park behind the building and did not feel safe leaving anything in our car. We also did not feel safe dragging our luggage around the block... More

Booked this room for one night when travelling route 1. THE GOOD The room itself is OK, it is a cheap room for this city so cant complain. Bed is huge and comfy, flat-screen TV, shower and bathroom facilities. THE BAD This hotel is located in the worst neighbourhood I have ever visited (google "tenderloin SF" and see for yourself).... This hotel, im at a lost for words. just dont come here. Wet carpet, stains everywhere, bathroom shower does not work, dimly lighted not to mention, lots of drugs dealers outside, pimps, prostitutes, you name it. they all have it. but if you're into that thing then go ahead, but certainly this hotel not for family. felt sorry for that... I went to San Francisco to cover a baseball game, and the hotel is really creepy, we met a pimp with his workers downstairs. The hotel hallways stinks, there is a shelter across the street and homeless wait for their turn to get in, so there are many of them in front of the hotel. I do not recommend the... More

Group of 4 have been travelling for a number of weeks stayed in all types of places, this was the only place that I felt necessary to write a review. Shower was broken, phone was broken to contact reception. Room was somewhat reasonable however stairs were covered in urine and smelt. People were banging on doors between 2-4am looking for... More

If you can avoid staying here please do, Infact I would not stay here rent free. We spent all of 30 minutes in this horrible place before calling a cab and paying a fortune just to stay somewhere we felt we would be safe. When we got to that safe place we were informed that this street was renowned for... More

Booked here because of its proximity to the Great American Music Hall. I wasn't expecting much, and this place lives up to my low expectations. I felt a need to comment on the check-in process, which was a monument to inefficiency. No check-ins before 2 p.m. At that hour, a painfully slow process began, one patron at a time, filling... Believe the reviews it is really that bad. We saw people snorting white powder out front. The room didn't have air conditioning (which hotels.com said it did) and smelled horrible. We got so sick from the smell we decided to just pack up and leave and didn't stay the night. Safety/health concerns: - they kept rinsing down the walkways that... More
