Although I read all the reviews and looked at the photos, I was a little unsettled about the reservations that I had made at this hotel. It is exactly what you see, a 1950's style motel, it needs some TLC. I would have like to seen the walls in the other rooms as ours seem to have suffered several holes... More

Worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. I never complain about anything, but I have to warn people. -Miserable front desk attendees -Room smelled like cat urine -We had to wear our shoes in the room or our feet got sticky -I looked under the bed and it was filthy -Internet did not work -TV did not work -Mould... We booked this for it's location and that was absolutely perfect. That is where it ends. The owners were not very friendly, the place was in terrible state of repair and it was not clean. We asked to stay for an extra night on top of those we had booked and they charged us DOUBLE what we had paid for... More

The staff was friendly. It's just that on the day we arrived, it was 2 hours earlier than the check-in time. I asked if there were rooms that have already been cleaned because we were traveling all the way from Malaysia. So we had a lot of luggage to carry. The front desk said all rooms were still dirty. So he... More

If you are coming to San Francisco to lounge around in your hotel room and live on room service, this is not the place for you. But if you are coming to San Francisco and want to get out and about, this is a decent place to stay. Especially if you have a car -- parking is free. I've stayed... More

Quaint little motel in SF's most desirable neighborhood. For me the value was incredible and the staff (Diya and the bunch) were very nice during my extended stay. The motel's proximity makes it a short walk to Union St and Chestnut St. Feels more like a hotel with a parking lot. I would stay again for the location and the... More

My girlfriend and I recently stayed 4 nights at the Greenwich. There are 2 buildings across the street from each other. We stayed in the one by the main office. Although we didn't have a car, the parking lot is quite small and very tight. I can see where it would be a concern for those who use a car.... More

The hotel is simply horrible, dirty, smelly and noisy beyond belief. The sheets have not been changed when we booked the room and mould and dirt were 'dripping' out of the extractor in the bathroom. Even for $100 a night it was a torture. I stayed in the area a few years ago in the Ramada hotel which is now... More

Prebooked with hotels.com arrived at the hotel and was asked for all my information again. That I can get over but the mold in the bathroom I cannot! My husband and I were to tired to look for another hotel but I really wished we did. I'd never ever go back.

I stayed with my parents and brother one night and 3 out of the 4 of us ended up with lots of bites. My mom had a least 25 bites that are still itching today (an entire week since we stayed there). We stayed in room number 36. There is no telling if other rooms have bed bugs as well.... More
