Good sized well equipped room with a decent shower in a good location to sight see SF. Breakfast included. Tour bus stopped almost outside and it was a 15 minute walk to pier 39. I would stay again without hesitation

Stayed here for one night on our road trip of California! Cute little motel, has a big, comfy bed, small bathroom but has everything you need. Coffee making facilities, nice big TV and a large fan which was required at this very warm time of year! Breakfast was only a small selection of pastries and fruit but it was enough... More

This is a nice little motel and crucially it has parking included in the price! After parking up, we were greeted by the friendly manageress who provided us with a map of San Francisco and assisted us with how to get around the city. We were in one of the rooms on the top floor. Apart from a small bathroom,... More

We stayed there for 3 night-Thursday thru Saturday. The street noise was intense when we woke up and when we got back to the room, usually after 10:00 pm. You can hear footsteps in the room above you and even hear conversations in the room next to you. There was no place to sit and watch TV except sideways on... More

Pros: Close to Fisherman's Wharf... took a cab and was less than $10 without tip. Parking for each unit. Clean and worked fine for one night. Breakfast was some fruit and a danish. We did purchase tickets from them for the Bus Tour and they do receive about $8. a ticket but figured with having parking for our car that... More

We selected this hotel for the location and price. The reviews led us to believe it was a good spot to tour around and it was perfect. Easy to find and free parking, close to everything. For a 2 star rating it sure surprised us with very clean and well appointed rooms. The bed was a king and slept well.... More

As others have reported, this is an older motel with limited atmosphere and amenities, oh and the breakfast isn't great and you have to take the fruit and/pastries back to your room as there is no dining room, BUT the price is good value, the service and information is spot on, the location although on a main through road is... It's a motel. It's on a busy street. There is going to be noise. I didn't have a problem with the traffic. I slept through it all. The walls are on the the thin side so you can hear other people talking in the next room. Breakfast was average - fruit and pastries - but it was free and kept... More

The hotel is a 10mins walk from Fishermans Wharf and other attractions, and a 45min walk from Union Square. The rooms were good, the bed (king) comfy with a lot of pillows - I counted 10 of them! Poor breakfast options :/

No special motel in any way, but there is parking available and the location is quite convenient for visiting the centre and the Golden Gate Bridge. Price range is steep all over SF and this motel was a decent option. Parking is very narrow, but comes in handy on a road trip. The room was spacious and clean, so no... More

Staying in Marina District

Neighborhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighborhood into a party-going hotspot.
