2 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

On a last minute trip, I stayed here two nights on business. The room was nice enough on the surface but some important details were unacceptable. The worst part was lots of mildew in the bathroom, especially in the shower and there were hairs on the floor as well. The first morning I met my business partner in the adjoining... More

We spent 3 nights at The Warwick to kick off a 2-week vacation in California. The bedrooms have recently been remodeled and are very charming, if a little small, however that is to be expected given the location. The bathrooms are tiny (again, no surprise in such a centrally located boutique hotel in a historic building) but nonetheless functional, elegant... More

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, and would stay here again. The rooms are quaint and very charmingly decorated, albeit business sized. The staff was also very friendly. Only downside is the neighborhood blighted with beggars and other more nefarious types, which is no fault of the hotel.

Friendly front desk staff, beautiful rooms and exceptional location. We were given the choice of a room facing an alley way or the street and we chose the street - virtually no noise even though Santa Con was in town. This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone going to a show at Curran Theatre or wanting to shop in... More

I guess boutique hotel is sometimes a nice way of saying small and sometimes a nice way of saying out dated. This hotel was in a good location but kind of tired. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was tiny. Pleasant staff and they did exceptionally well during the storm/power outage last week. But next... More

Dear Siam-Orchids, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. I was disappointed to learn that you did not find the hotel to be a good value. We have recently undergone a major renovation and re-launched a new restaurant and bar, along with completely refinishing all guest rooms and suites. With regards to the size of... More

We stayed two nights, had a great time the room was nicely decorated. The bathroom at but small but nice and recently renovated. The hotel bar "The European" is very modern and has great ambiance, all the bartenders were very friendly. I highly recommend the signature cocktail is really good. Across the street is a Walgreens if you need to... More

Very nice boutique hotel in downtown SF. The rooms had historic charm but were well maintained and clean but kept the historic feel. The restaurant was absolutely incredible. The food was amazing and the wine selections were superior. Rent the yellow "GoCars" just a few blocks from the hotel. Great way to see SF.

Everything was really nice at this hotel! We had a great time. I got a really good deal using the hotel tonight app with the promo code "hotel_tonight". The hotel tonight app had the price about $75 less then I found anywhere else and with the hotel_tonight promo code I got an additional $25 off. ($100 off is pretty great!)

Really enjoyed staying there. Stylish small hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Bar is very pleasant with good choice. Location is perfect, near Union Square, cable car terminal, shopping, financial district and only a few footsteps from Bart train to and from SFO airport. Would definitely go again.

We stayed here during the week of thanksgiving, and LOVED our experience. The service was fantastic, everyone treated us with such kindness and excellent service. Valet parked our car, they were very prompt with having it ready for us when we got downstairs. Pricey for parking, because of a 17 upcharge for an oversize vehicle (so parking was 59 total),... Dear jeasterhaus, Thank you for the “Great” review. I was happy to see that you enjoyed your stay and would be willing to return. Yes, valet parking in San Francisco is expensive, but we are a little less than most. There are other options for self parking in the area; they are just not as convenient with in/out privileges. We... More
