Stopped at this hotel at the end of July. It was better value than many other hotels and located just a few mins away from Union Square. Room was clean and I was surprised how quiet it was. Staff welcoming. Several good places close by for breakfast or other meals if you do not go with hotel. Give them a... More

Located close to Union Square, the Warwick is a great option if you want stay in the center of San Francisco. Very kind and professional front desk staff and good bar (we didn't try the restaurant). Wifi is a bit slow. While very comfortable beds, rooms are small - in particular the bathrooms. Good value for money in a very... More

Located in the Theatre District, the Warwick puts you in the thick of Fog City's epic drama. She is an historic, Beaux-Arts beaut imbued with incongruous details belonging more to the corporate cast of hoteliers than a leading lady. Elegant & Brechtian, the Warwick is a grand theatre for any SF drama. I'll certainly consider making a curtain call. Comfort... More

Well located hotel, clean, charming decor. Cool bar for happy hour and a good restaurant. Although the room had enough space, it could be bigger. It might has a less expensive daily rate, but we will can come back!

Just stayed here and we decided to pay the extra and book a suite! We have just travelled from New York where the service we received at our hotel The Sanctuary was amazing, The Warwick could learn a thing or two from them! I've got to say I'm not impressed with The Warwick at all.....the room is nice, good size... More

For a 4 star hotel in San Francisco, the capital of technology, it's absolutely baffling how terrible their wifi is. Couldn't load basic webpages - definitely will not be returning. In 2015, usable wifi is like soap - it's not a luxury, it's an essential part of a hotel and the Warwick failed to provide.

I have stayed in San Francisco before and in comparison this room was huge!! We had a suite which consisted of a bedroom with ensuite, sitting room area and bathroom. Front desk staff were always available and happy to help with any request. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Union Square and a 5-10 minute walk from... More

My husband and I stayed at the Warwick for four nights to celebrate our 20th Anniversary, Great location and very friendly staff! Felt very safe at night walking around the area, very clean hotel and nice lounge downstairs for a cocktail. My only complaint would be that it could get a little noisy in the middle of the night with... More

Stayed here for 4 nights during our stay in San Francisco. First of all this is an older hotel that has had a minor asthetic refurb (coat of paint and flat screen tv's) but still retains its older decor. Our room had a musky, type of smell, similar to a stong type of aftershave, that lead me to believe it... More

We chose The Warwick because we received a deal with our plane tickets on Expedia. It was the best value we found online and I am so glad that we stayed at the Warwick. The staff was very helpful when we arrived and helped us plan out what activities to do during our stay in San Francisco. The Warwick is... More
