Beautiful and stunning hotel set at the top of Nob Hill. Outstanding service, staff very friendly and helpful. Great for the high end business market and ideal for business conferences. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help with any queries. Personally greeted every time you entered and left the hotel.

It has an attractive look especially at night time. It is located up the hill. Union Square is within 10 minutes walking distance to its left and China Town 5 minutes to its right. The room was surprisingly big and decent. Internet is free. I wish to stay a bit longer in this hotel next time I visit San Francisco.
