Room was spacious and very sunny. Not much of a view but it was okay.Getting from the airport we used the Go Lorrie and that turned out to be a very inexpensive way to get into the city. Lobby is open and seems very friendly. We got upgraded and had free internet. Very good experience

Came here for a conference and stayed on the club level, which provided a complimentary breakfast, lunch, snacks, and wine each day. There is a concierge just for the club level, which was helpful in planning activities. The service and room were impeccable. The Nob Hill location is convenient to many attractions. Highly recommended.

We always stay at a Ritz Carlton if possible. This is one of the best club floors we've had the pleasure to enjoy. The location was close to Chinatown so we found a great restaurant there. It's also right on the cable car line.
