I was in town for a conference and the room was awesome! Chocolate every evening! However, I needed to do some work and the wi-fi was terrible! It would be nice if there was a default LAN line that I could tap into, I would have given the rating a 5! more

Great value. The downtown location and the service were what you'd expect for a place charging double the price. The room had a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and mini-kitchen sink, in addition to the typical hotel amenities. The rooms are large and comfortable. The service is excellent. Proximity to union square, shopping and public transport options is also helpful. Nice coffee in the rooms but the coffee at breakfast is suboptimal. Just go to starbucks. more
