Got this hotel via hotwire so I got about a 40% discount from its publish rates. Not too bad but I might get a better deal with priceline. Having said that here are the pros and cons of the hotel. Pros- nice cozy hotel, close to fisherman's wharf about 10 mins. walk to Pier39. There's a safeway and walgreen just... More

My sisters and I were booked to stay for 4 days, prepaid rooms, what kind of hotel does that. When I arrive and view the room I may what to change hotels but not with prepaid rooms. The Sheraton is a Starwood hotel which my air miles offers, so I ordered the certifcate for the room, but upon arrival the... More

Our apologies for the confusion over the redemption of the air miles certificate at check-in. After investigating this for you it appears the certificate originally ordered from Starwood Preferred Guest was not applicable to our hotel and required additional miles/points to apply. Our manager on duty attempted to resolve the situation for you, however use of the additional miles/points was... More

Hotel very very nice. Freindly staff and very well decorated. Rooms are spacious and very confortable. The hotel is situated in the bay area of San Francisco, one of the nicest neighbourhoods (Fisherman's Wharf), at a walking distance from Pier 39. Very easy to reach from the San Francisco international airport (use BART sistem to Embarcadero and then bus line... More

If Trip Advisor had an option to do a 3.5 rating, I would rate this a 3.5. I did a lot of research on TA before booking this hotel. The location, cleanliness, roominess, comfort and style of the room was fantastic. We also enjoyed the in room Starbucks coffee every morning. Oddly enough, we did not have any noise issues... More

while the actual hotel is very nice and in a great location there are a few things my husband and l were dissappointed in. Firstly we booked our accommadation through hotwire six months ago and we were very happy with the price we got for this hotel there were a few dissappointing features. As we arrived a night early and... More

We stayed there after a really long couple days, the first night of our 5-day long vacation. We were bowled over by the beautiful interiors-- a break from beigedom. The pastels, blues, greens and slant big windows added to our sleep quality if I might add. The room however faced the bus station= Not fun, not beautiful at all but... More

Someone else has mentioned the rooms facing the bus station. We got one of these and it was very noisy all night, so I asked to be moved. This was done politely and without fuss, for which we were extremely grateful. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is two minutes from Fisherman's Wharf, and although I... We stayed 4 nights and i sent an email beforehand requesting a quiet room overlooking the courtyard after i had read some poor reviews of the people who had rooms overlooking the bus station. Sure enough, we had a lovely, bright and very spacious room on the top floor overlooking the courtyard, we were woken up one night about 5am... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2010. I was very happy with the rooms - they were very clean and a good size. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic being one block from the wharf and within walking distance of most of the sights ie pier 33 for alcatraz cruises and pier 39 for... More
