One block from Fisherman's Wharf...3-4 min walk. Great rooms, quiet and comfortable. Carmen at the reception desk was extremely helpful during our check in and all staff went out of their way to be of assistance.

We have just come back from staying here on the last leg of our california trip. We really liked this hotel. The staff were lovely and really accommodating. The rooms were really nice and kept clean. All areas in the hotel were very clean. We eat here twice, once in the spressi bar, which was really nice and we served by... More

The only reason this hotel did not rate a 1 star was it's excellent location, which was why we chose it. That, and Orbitz 4-star rating. No free internet in rooms (cost: an outrageous $5 for 5 minutes!). No guest access stations provided. No complimentary breakfast of any type, and the breakfast cafe is shoddy and expensive (no, we didn't... More

Recently stayed at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf for 2 days, with a group of friends. The hotel was not willing to give us a better rate for 4 rooms, but got a good rate using our CAA / AAA card. The location of the hotel is great if your are a tourist. The negatives: overnight parking. Extremely expensive. Don't think... More

Your staff person, Edita Abaraquez, went out of her way to fix a billing situation involving two different corporate AMEX cards. It was the end of a long shift for her and she apparently stayed after her shift ended to get my billing situation resolved before I checked out of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful but Edita's effort... More

The Sheraton's location cannot be beat. Literally steps from the wharf. If you are here on vacation it's a terrific base camp. The staff is helpful and friendly and they offer on-site parking. It's fiercely expensive, but that's everywhere in San Francisco. The rooms offer lots of seating area and were very clean. Maybe not the most stylish, but more... More

The reason you stay at this hotel is the location as you cannot fault it. It is in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf with easy access to both the Powell-Hyde and Powell-Mason cable cars as well as Lombard Street (the strange windy one). However the owners have created a cash cow which they are milking with gusto. Need a fridge?... More

My husband, my 10-year old son and I spent three nights here while sightseeing in San Francisco. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the central location. I was traveling with my friend and our young children.
