My husband, my 10-year old son and I spent three nights here while sightseeing in San Francisco. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The best thing about the hotel was the central location. We were able to walk to so many of SF's famous sites. Uphill, many times mind you, but we could walk. Staff was friendly enough.... More

Dear Jyunlic, thank you so much for your 4-star review! I was pleased to see you enjoyed your stay and the sightseeing in San Francisco. Our location is ideal for the family vacation, given we are so close to Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square and the cable car lines to Union Square and downtown. I was also happy to hear you... More

I was traveling with my friend and our young children. Ok, I accept that I had to pay ALOT for parking but it would have been nice not to lug the baby and what babies come with up STAIRS as well as manage our children to get our luggage up to the room. (We were given a room only accessible... More

We certainly take such comments to heart and were dismayed that you had difficulties in obtaining prompt service upon your arrival. I will follow-up with our service team and hope you will give us another chance upon your next visit to San Francisco. Safe travels and warm... More

We stayed at the Sheraton for a couple of nights in September last year and loved it, it was our first time to San Francisco and had only planned one night but how did we even imagine we could see this fascinating place in 1 day, so we extended our stay and really enjoyed our stay, the highlight was the... 4 night stay we enjoyed very much, we were in a starwood preferred room, comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. safe big enough to hold laptop.internet not free in room which is a shame. within walking distance of excellent restaurants and tourist spots. supermarket and small indoor mall just round corner which was really handy. only minus points were incredibly busy... This was our 2nd stay at the Sheraton Fisherman´s Wharf, and now I remember what I didn´t like during our first stay - the bathroom! It is so small ! The bedroom was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The room is modern decorated. I think 15$/day for WiFi is a lot of money. Parking is 44$ a day... More

Great location, just a block from pier 39 and great transport links into the city but it seems that this is an hotel that just hasn't decided what it wants to be because some of the ideas it's tried to put in place just makes the whole experience frustrating. The rooms are fine enough, we were on the fourth floor... More

I recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel which is in great location in Fishermans Wharf, close to the Pier 39 sealions, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. The hotel itself is very clean with bright, trendy decor. However, although it looks lovely, the rooms are quite small and a bit of squeeze if there are more than 2 adults... More

My sister and I arrived at the hotel very late on August 17, 2010, 1130pm with a reservation for a king size bed, the description further read 300 sq ft. For a hotel with a recent refurb, this hotel has a long way to go. Note for the business traveller: no platnium / club lounge. ROOMS: with 2 teenagers it was too small.
