Stayed in this hotel as the one we initially booked didn't have rooms available when we decided to extend our stay. Very noisy hotel with most rooms facing the entrance. Look for a room high up to avoid hearing cars, people and street noise. Rooms were small but clean. Bathrooms were tiny!! Very bad lighting in bedroom. Corridors shabby and... More

Very handy for Fishermans Wharf but to large a hotel. It could take four to five minutes to walk to your room. Rooms are large and comfortable and well equipped. Wi-Fi in the rooms which is complimentary. Don't buy a beer as it is the most expensive small bottle anywhere, even more expensive than Norway. Breakfast … go over the... More

We checked in on 31 March 2015 for a 4 night stay, as part of a group of 3 couples, having booked 3 double rooms. We checked out after 4 nights and all 3 couples paid for their room. Each account was for just one room. However when our Visa account arrived, in our case, we have been charged for... More

The Sheraton is located just minutes from Fishermans Wharf. The rooms are adequate. There is very little storage space....two drawers and one small closet. Only one chair in the room. Bathroom is minuscule. The actual size of the room was rather spacious for an inner city hotel and it was clean. Take your own bath soap with you. Theirs is... More

On arrival hundreds of screaming Girl Scouts staying here , with paper thin rooms you can imagine we didn't get much sleep till they stopped jumping off the beds ,sounded like the ceiling was coming thro ! Disappointing. No free wifi in the bedroom leading to the lobby resembling a school playground at break with dozens of people silently communing with their devices. Bathroom dated and poorly designed . Windows had no nets so I had to keep the blinds closed to ensure privacy. Very poor noise insulation. On the plus side the bed and particularly the... More

The hotel and room were clean, the staff friendly and the location, not bad. I just didn't find anything special about the building or hotel that made it stick out. It looked like the building use to be apartments or condos and was converted to a hotel - not sure. It wasn't a bad hotel, I would even stay here... More

Location to Local attractions, pool was good although cold and very busy. Room was average nothing flash but ticked all the boxes. Staff didn't seem keen to help, very busy hotel with lots of large groups staying so everything just seemed to take longer.

Dear Collette, We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf. Thanks for pointing out our friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms and, of course, our fab location.
