Im giving this hotel a 4 star review because it provided us exactly what we needed. its perfectly located, its safe, clean and everyone is friendly. Our room was quiet, beds maybe a little too soft for my taste but i know a lot of people prefer a softer bed over a firm one. Everyone from the front desk, concierge... More

Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf Hotel is located two blocks away from the famous fisherman wharf, and the location can't be beat. While it's away from downtown, it's actually has some perks of being tucked away in a quieter area, as ujnfortunately DT San Francisco is overwhelmed with homeless population. Service was good, rooms are solid, would absolutely recommend staying there. My... More

This is a large hotel. It is in a good location but it is used for charter groups and students so it tends to be really busy all the time. The decor was nice and the room was lovely and clean..however, the bathroom needs serious updating. Also, the hotel is so huge, the cleaning staff often couldn't get to rooms... More

Dear allyson, Thanks for staying with us while competing in the Bay to Breakers race. We had many of your fellow racers with us and it appeared that everyone had a pretty good time. Sorry that we failed to get to your room early enough. We prioritize based on what we know and had we been advised of your needs,... More

We 3 couples stayed for 4 nights in April 2015. Superb location, very large rooms, great bed and pillows, no fridge but ice machine down the passage. WiFi free in lobby only, so this is always packed with residents catching up - surely free WiFi in rooms is a necessity nowadays. When we arrived there was a commotion in the... More

Stayed at this hotel and was very pleased. The staff was very accommodating, rooms nice and clean. Easy walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf/Trolley's etc. Felt very secure. The parking fee is very high at the hotel, so, I suggest that you look for other alternatives (San Francisco is overall very easy to get around without a car - actually preferable).

The Fisherman's Warf Sheraton is nothing special. It is close to many tourists sights in San Francisco. When we arrived the website had not been updated, and valet parking was no longer available. The rooms are dated, however clean. If I were to return again, I would stay closer to downtown and use public transportation to get to the Warf.

Dear James, Thanks for staying with us. We are glad that you liked our location. Sorry for the misinformation about parking here. Our websites were updated in January but will look to see if it somewhere else. We hope that we will have the opportunity to serve you again. Sincerely, Michael Hirsch More

Absolutely loved this hotel. It's in a great location, a stones throw to the wharf. The staff were really nice and welcoming. We booked a superior room which was excellent. The coffee in the room was to die for! The coffeemaker so good, I ordered one this week! We booked room only through booking.com, good price. Plenty of places for... More

stayed one night prior to embarking on a cruise. Lovely staff but hotel dated. Coffee shop doubles up as a bar/restaurant. DONT get a room overlooking the bus station. Very very noisy until late at night and early morning. Requested an alarm call for 9.00 (was worried would be jet lagged and oversleep for cruise). Alarm call came at 07.00am!!!... More

No value at all. This property is close to 50 years old and shows it. I've seen larger bathrooms in a sail boat, totally inadequate. We were charger $59 overnight to leave our SUV outside. A very pedestrian breakfast buffet was $25 same quality meal in a resident inn is free. I would never recommend , if you want to... More
