We stayed at this budget hotel for one night while visiting San Francisco. We were only in the room long enough to sleep and shower. The room had two queen beds, a nice TV, microwave, fridge, and small table and chairs. The room was dated and a little small, but we made it work with 4 adult females. The bathroom... More

I used to stay at this property all the time. Several years later, not much has changed. I think the bathrooms have been remodeled, and the walls had a fresh coat of paint which unfortunately already has been scraped by the furniture. The bedspread seemed new. Unfortunately, the weak wifi was completely substandard. Five years ago, I was more accepting;... More

I stayed here because it was in walking distance to downtown. The parking is very tight but the rooms are clean and actually fairly comfortable. No breakfast really besides some coffee and juice I noticed in the morning but I was still very happy with my stay. I will go again!

Enjoyed my stay at the Rodeway Inn Civic Center San Francisco. The room was older, as were the furnishings and the TV, but was still very comfortable. TV worked fine. Room was spotless, bathroom was spotless, no problem with Wi Fi. A couple of things to know about the motel. It is near the Tenderloin, which is not the best... More

This was the only moderately priced Choice hotel in San Francisco which is why I chose it. It is in not in the best of neighborhoods of San Francisco, but daylight travel is fine. I've stayed in this area years ago so it was fine for us. The hotel is older, but the room was clean. The front desk people... More

Overall we found the Rodeway Inn at Eddy Street - San Francisco comfortable, and affordable. I'd recommend to travelers. Other close budget hotels were much more expensive - the free parking offered is a major plus.

Beyond terrible. Front desk agent has zero guest services skills. My hat was stolen from my room also. This place should be closed down. Dont go there. Please dont ever stay here. If you do dont ask the front desk for any help. They suck real bad

When I went to the hotel, I asked the front desk where to park. He said I could park on the street and it was free and safe. The next morning I received a ticket because of parking. I talked to them about the ticket. But they refused to compensate anything. I emphasized several time I had asked them where... More

The rooms are ok clean but could do with a revamp...... After staying in the Encinitas Rodeway it was a bit of a let down. The area that this is situated in is central to site seeing Union Square & Civic Ctr. Parking is Ltd but we only had two nights stay so left car and walked San Francisco...The Manager &... More

You don't get even what you pay for. This property is very worn out, antiquated, and totally dated. I spent five days at this property thinking that this property was part of the Choice Hotel group, it would have good standards. The manager is nice and accommodating. Parking is a premium, but free. The mattress was totally worn ou. The... More
