The rooms are ok clean but could do with a revamp...... After staying in the Encinitas Rodeway it was a bit of a let down. The area that this is situated in is central to site seeing Union Square & Civic Ctr. Parking is Ltd but we only had two nights stay so left car and walked San Francisco...The Manager &... More

You don't get even what you pay for. This property is very worn out, antiquated, and totally dated. I spent five days at this property thinking that this property was part of the Choice Hotel group, it would have good standards. The manager is nice and accommodating. Parking is a premium, but free. The mattress was totally worn ou. The... More

I really hate to give negative reviews to any place but this place has a very serious problem. The rooms are OK but the parking they have is truly terrible. There are something like 12 spots for entire the hotel. Those spaces fill up quickly. If they're full, there are only metered spaces out on the street and yes, they... More

I stayed here with my family over Thanksgiving weekend. Even though parking is limited we were able to park in their parking lot the whole time we were there. We noticed that there was street parking available around the hotel too & didn't seem too dangerous to leave a car parked out there. The room was very clean, everything worked... More

One of the best kept secrets. This place had reasonable rates and decent rooms and was a good find in San Francisco where prices are high. We enjoyed the breakfast and the room was very nice. I would recommend to anyone.

I was overall satisfied with the bed and the Internet connection. Moderately satisfied with the "breakfast" (only coffee and Danish pastries). Very dissatisfied with the kitchen odor in the lobby. I "recommend" this hotel only because of its good quality to price ratio. The reason for my trip was visiting the San Francisco area and friends in the area.

The room doesn't even come close to the pictures, the room was really dirty and broken. Tenderloin is a bad neighbourhood in SF and you can't really be outside. There was free Wi-Fi but it didn't work within the room, you needed to go out in the corridor. It was so bad that we checked out the same day we... More

This has to be the dirtiest hotel I have ever been around yet alone stayed in. The area of town is dangerous, there is no security and my room was horrendous. I stayed there for a conference because they were a "choice hotel" yet that does not mean anything. There were feces on the toilet, mold/mildew on the walls, air... More

Was attending dreamforce 2014, so the city was crowded and there were no much options at a lower price. Paid around $260 for a two bed room at this hotel, wondering how was going to be, after reading all kind of comments from previous guests. This is not a hotel to be amazed at first sight. The entrance and the... More
