Rooms were a nice size but furniture is old and carpet should be changed. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a short walk to the waterfront.

Adequate. Room OK. Bed comfortable. Breakfast a joke and access to rooms not very pleasant. Also we were blocked in in the car park and lost 15 minutes. Location is brilliant and prices are also good and so it suited us well on a limited budget
