Fantastic service, great bed, great location close to Fisherman's Wharf. Joanna at the concierge desk an absolute delight (and helped sort out our Yosemite accommodation for us). Only negative it was a bit loud (we could hear the people coughing in the room next door)

A nice hotel BUT when you book don't forget to ask a room which isn't situated on the street side. We had a room on Bay street: result: we could count every car, truck, lorry that passed during the night.

The Pier 2620 hotel is in a fantastic SF location. The price is pretty good fro the location as well. The rooms are a bit small but not bad for SF. Our courtyard room had no view but was pretty quiet. The breakfast however is overpriced and not worth it given the choices nearby. Parking is very expensive at almost... More

This was a wonderful experience we took a 4-day weekend for Valentine's Day. We arrived very early on Thursday, they held our bags until check-in so we could explore the Wharf. They also held them on Sunday because we had a late flight. The staff was great! The concierge was helpful as well as the front desk staff. We did... More

The rooms have roofs that are too low. The bathtub is average, but nothing special. Not much free toiletries. Beds are soft and comfy. The decor is a bit outdated. The fridge makes too much noise at night. Service was so-so. Free fast wifi in all the rooms, though!

My husband and I arrived very late on a weekday and we're not impressed by the front desk. The woman was not friendly and borderline rude. However, the staff the following morning was much more pleasant and friendly. The hotel was okay, the hallway and room had a bit of an order but was descent. The parking was an extra... More

The hotel needed much renovations. The staff was excellent. We found the hot breakfast menu quite cold and dry. The location was excellent..close to many sightseeing venues. Joanna and Brian made our stay pleasant.

We stayed in a Club King with complimentary continental breakfast that was just perfect. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. The place was very quiet and so easy to travel to even from the main attraction in San Francisco. It was definitely a good call to stay at this place for 3 days. The weather was also beautiful which probably... More

First of all, the room was adequate. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable beds. We stayed at this hotel 3 nights. Unfortunately, our first night was the worst night that I have ever spent in a hotel. Our room had an adjoining door and our neighbors were EXTREMELY loud and distasteful. We could hear every word they were saying, which... More
