I stayed here because every hotel in the center of SF was booked. I was forced to stay here at the Hilton Fisherman's Wharf. Overall I was not impressed, it was very, very expensive and reminded me more of a motel. The bed was clean, nothing else worth reporting. I would not stay here again if possible.

This hotel has recently been renovated. It was formally the Hilton. The rooms are not overly big but the location is about 15min walk from Pier 39. We found the hotel to be conveniently located with the old fashion cable car about 100m away. A bus to China town 50m away and a bus to market street about 150m away.... More

Great location near pier 39. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy although maybe a bit plain, but very clean. Front desk check in was a breeze. Room nice size with nice sitting area by the window. Room has a mini frig. which is a great place to put snacks and food purchased from the Safeway only 2 blocks away.

I had the opportunity to stay here on two non-consecutive nights. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked a question. The rooms were smallish but comfortable. The hotel's location near to Fisherman's Wharf was convenient and there were plenty of activities near the hotel. My purpose was to be out and about in the city and Northern California and... More

This hotel is in a great location. Loved being able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, food was average. We chose this hotel for the location and were not disappointed.

Stayed at 9620 for a weekend. Rooms were nice and perfectly clean. Pier had great, attentive service. Awesome location. Price was also great compared to nearby hotels. I would definitely stay here again when visiting San Francisco.

This hotel was really in the heart of everything, which made it perfect for a family of 4 traveling without a car! We walked to Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiradelli Square, Pier 39, GG Bridge, and many lovely restaurants in North Beach (like Piazza Pelligrini - yum!) We took the cable car to Union Square and China town - so easy from... More

Location was excellent, lovely staff, comfortable and modern rooms Close to Fisherman's Wharf, easy to get a bike and ride the Golden Gate Bridge - top location (though touristy) We loved San Fran, and this hotel was in a great (albeit touristy) location. Room was great - large enough, comfortable, modern, nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not included in... More

Overall all we had a good experience here - especially for the price. We were just going for a quick getaway from LA, so therefore didn't want to spend a lot of money, but wanted something close to the Wharf, that is centrally located to the whole area. And it was conveniently located - close to everything. Hotel staff was... More

We chose this hotel for the close proximity to the Alcatraz Cruise tour. We were only in San Fran for one night and needed to be at our tour early the next morning. The hotel is within walking distance from Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 and 33. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There was no breakfast... More
