I have to say Joanna was fantastic. Very professional. Helped out in every way she could. The bad part was they we're renovating the rooms during our stay. We were staying there for a wedding and no one knew in the whole wedding room block that the hotel was being renovated before we arrived. For the rate of$165 a night... More

We were excited to stay at Pier 2620 on our honeymoon road trip through San Francisco. Sadly the hotel was utterly disappointing - over priced for a dark and dingy room. We were charged twice for breakfast and it took a good week to get a response and a refund. The location was ok but for the amount of money... More

Got the Admiral Suite for a 6 day family stay. Prefect accommodations, service, and location. We will definitely be back! In my tourist opinion, this location was a lot better than Union square. Hope this helps...

This was the second time I have stayed at Pier 2620 and was once again impressed with the hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the beds very comfortable. The amenities are very nice and modern in the room. The common areas are clean and modern. The people at the front desk are friendly and efficient. I had asked that some... More

Clean. Friendly staff. Near Fisherman's Wharf but a few blocks from most of the fray. Also near F line streetcar and trolley line. Rental car locations nearby. This is a great launching point for doing up San Francisco. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Don't have sticker shock...All eats near or at the Wharf are expensive. Even the Denny's is... We booked the hotel 3rd party and got a good deal on the room. We also lucked out and got free street parking!! The front desk staff were really nice which you don't also expect when you book third party so that was a nice surprise. Room and bathroom were large and well appointed. We had a room that faced... We recently stayed here for 3 nights before heading to Vegas. The checking in process went very smoothly and the staff were very professional. Our room was an outer room which overlooked the street. It was a large room, a bit dated but did have a very large & comfortable bed. We did notice that there was a lot of... More

A great location, so close to just about everything you need, easy stroll to Fishermans Wharf. The rooms were of good size, beds very comfortable but pillows too flat. Bathroom was well maintained and shower had great pressure! Rooms were a bit noisy and you could hear all the foot steps above you. We did resort to ear plugs to... More

Great location, nice buffet breakfast, nice bar. I visited SF recently with my daughter. We did have some issues at check in getting the correct room but the supervisors on staff handled the situation. Yes, parking is expensive, but it is everywhere in SF. You don't need a car. The cost of the buffet is average & you will find... More
