Had a great time staying at the hotel last weekend. I came with my sister and we nth enjoyed the in room leopard bathrobes and yoga mats. The complimentary wine hour is also very fun to attend and meet other guests. They also started a new nightcap hour with hot cocoa and tequila, weird but great mix! I also love... More

We were really looking forward to staying at the Prescott for our first visit to San Francisco and decided to pay the extra to be on the club level and paid to join the Kimpton rewards program to get access to the wi/fi. When booking we thought we asked for twin beds in a king suite which gave us 2... More

Stayed at Prescott Hotel during my 6D5N trip in San Francisco and was assigned to one of the rooms at level 2. The moment we opened the door, we were welcomed by a musky odour. It didn't bother us too much since we will be out most of the time. The room size is average, good enough to accommodate 3... More

Initial experience was not good, failed to recognise my Inner Circle Kimpton Karma status saying it was not on the reservation, initially I got an awful room and the promise of amenities, which never arrived When I pointed out the following morning the Kimpton Karma number was in the booking, it was apparently then my fault because I booked through... ALL the Prescott Staff are amazing but a special thank you to Gabrielle who made sure that my brother's birthday card was sent back to UK.. I was given a room at the back (away from traffic noises) which had a disability-suitable bathroom with safety rails which made me feel very secure. Great to have the wine reception each evening.Used... More

Arriving in San Francisco like a pair of zombies after an 11 hour flight, we were greeted very warmly by Jason, who quickly checked us in. We had been upgraded to club level which was a pleasant surprise, which included a free self service breakfast and a complimentary wine hour. The room was a good size but was a bit... More

As with all Kimpton properties, the customer service is what I've come to expect. Everyone is friendly, laid-back, yet professional. The rooms are small, but I don't mind as long as they are clean and quiet, which it certainly was. As a business traveller, I don't require a lot of space. Prescott is very close to Union Square, and convenient... More

I visited here in March 2012, and 3 years on I'm recommending it to people! The hotel was just amazing, it's got great character and I thought it was in a great location. It was within walking distance to Union Square, and when I say "walking distance" I mean literally 5 minutes! And not that much further to the cable... More

Great service at this hotel. Actually I would even say outstanding service is found there. The friendliest people ever. Room rates are decent for the city center. I highly recommend this one. I love the location. Walking distance to embarcadero. And comfortable beds.
