I was in San Francisco for a week attending a conference, I stayed at the Mosser which is very conveniently located one block from the Moscone center where the conference was held. The hotel staff, both front desk, housekeeping and concierge were all very helpful, especially Tim the reservations manager. He went above and beyond when I required a room... More

The Mosser is a charming centrally located hotel that is true and it has been refurbished that is also true. But the rooms are very small and the bed is a double size - the room we had came with its own toilet and shower and a hand basin was in the corner of our room. There was no place... More

Would I stay here again, yes... (probably get a room on a higher floor, as the noise was pretty bad during the night/early morning. Would I take my wife here, no.. but that shouldnt keep other from going here. The rooms are really small, mine had the sink in the actual bedroom, but the room was clean, and the service... More

Dear andal03, Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your thoughts, it truly is the best way for us to improve our operation. This property was built in 1913 and we certainly have some very economical rooms with a shared bath in the hallway. These value oriented rooms are smaller; however, we do have... More

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay! We wanted an economical accommodation and expected The Mosser to give us an "economical experience". But that was not the case... The hotel was quaint and cute with a charming character. We stayed in a queen room with private bath. It was very clean, bedding & bed were super comfortable, and room was... More

This landmark hotel has been completely refurbished, and the rooms, although small, are beautifully appointed. The bathrooms are modern. The entire staff are just delightful. The location is great, just one block from the Moscone Convention Center.

When I travel on business, I have my pick of hotels. Typically, I'll stick with the well-known brands, but I do enjoy a nicely appointed boutique hotel on occasion. I chose the Mosser hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and, for the most part, I enjoyed my 5-night stay. It's super close to the Moscone Center, which was extremely helpful for... More

I stayed at this hotel based on TA reviews and location, but at $160/night for my tiny double room it is simply not worth it. The room was very small with no place to store luggage, a sink that was so small and inconveniently located that it was barely usable, and light streaming into the room from the hallways through... I really enjoy my stay here. My room was small but clean and very comfortable. There was a fan and no AC. The location was good. The hotel is near to many nice restaurants, the market and other stores, so I didn't have to go too far when I needed to buy stuff. The staff was helpful too. Highly recommend... More

I stayed at room 302 with shared bathroom and toilet. This room was very close to both so I had no problem with sharing. The shower can sound a bit noisy from this room but no one was showering in the middle of the night so it was fine. Water pressure was excellent considering the age of the building. Very... More

It was about $90 per night i paid for a shared bathroom which I really didnt mind as everything else was quite good. They offer breakfast which is cupcakes and coffee but there are so many options close by. What I really liked about this hotel is that its in the central to everything. It's a 5 min walk to... More
