This is my second visit to San Francisco and this is my second stay at The Hotel Arbi. Both times I have stayed here I literary enjoyed everything about and around the hotel: friendly staff, quick and efficient check in as well as nice, clean room. I would definately reccomend your establishment to my associates who come to stay to... More

We arrived for check in very jet lagged after 18 hours of travelling. We where greated by John at reception who was very nice. He booked us in showed us a map of the area and allocated us our room. We didn't hear him tell us that it was a room with 2 beds, we noticed this once we got... More

We were charged for the first night of stay even though we were not in SF yet due to a sudden death in the family. In addition, the room we were given the next day was one of the smallest I've ever had, even though we had requested ahead of time to an upgrade. Told we didn't get the upgrade... More

Kudos to Dan Novelli in Room Reservations who helped me combine my multiple reservations so I didn't have to swap rooms mid-stay. He also helped me with one of my staff's difficult changes with his convention block housing and non-block shoulder rooms! Thanks, Dan!! You're a GEM!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. What really makes the 5 star rating is the service of the entire staff, which makes such a big difference. High marks first to John at the front desk, who was not only pleasant but really did a great job accommodating our needs. Wilmer and Lillibetha were also both awesome, as... More

Great Value, Perfect Location, Friendly and Attentive Staff. What more could you want? I was upgraded to a suite for free, but heard others talking about the regular rooms and how nice they were. Very modern and re-modeled on the interior, 24hr door man and perfect location right in the heart of the action. Will definitely be recommending this place... More

After 20 hours in transit to San Francisco we received the warmest of welcomes from John and Wilmer at check in. They ensured that we had everything that we needed and were such excellent ambassadors for the hotel. The hotel is situated so close to Union Square that it makes a perfect base for exploring the visitor attractions across the... More

Near to Union Square, subway station, bus stops, cable cars. Front desk really helpfull, specially John. The room is not that big, but San Francisco is a big city, so the hotels tend to have smaller rooms. It was cosy enough after a day of tourism.

From the moment we arrived, John and Wilmer made us feel welcomed and valued. All staff we encountered during our stay were equally friendly and accommodating. The hotel was stylishly appointed and though our room was a little small, it had all the comforts one would require and a pleasant atmosphere. We thoroughly appreciated the suggestions made by our concierge,... More

It’s a quite charming and comfortable hotel, centrally located, making the city very accessible. The staff was quite welcoming and friendly. Do not expect great views of the city (or the area) as the building is pressee against the neighbouring one – the fact I didn’t enjoy much. However, the room was comfortable and clean, offering the complimentary service. The... More
