This is a nice little gem in the heart of the City! Quick one night stay in SF and after checking T.A chose Hotel Abri. Checked in early which was no issue.. Staff was excellent from check in to check out. Room was modern and clean.. Small but comfortable. Standard rooms in the city tend to be small so totally... More

The hotel was a great experience. We stayed here as an overflow room for a conference being held at a nearby hotel. The room is small, but nice. It has a great location for attractions. It was clean. Edwin, the doorman, was awesome. We had a very good overall experience.

Room very small and smelled terribly. The air freshner I purchased didn't even begin to eliminate it. I liked the location but would never stay here again. The staff were helpful but the odor was terrible.

I wouldn't stay here in future, way too expensive for what we got. Room service never came and area pretty sketchy. They did give us crib asap and accommodated us a room when we checked in at 1pm, 2hrs before our room was due to be ready.

The staff is impeccable. Kind, polite, professional. The decor is very cool. The rooms are small but all we wanted was comfort and we got it. Excellent beds, very nice bathroom. One word of caution. Our first night was in a room above the entrance to the hotel over looking Ellis Street. Directly across from the hotel is the Fusion... More

Great location close to most bus routes. Restaurants, general shopping within walking distance, Westfields complex nearby. Staff were welcoming and helpful, good tips were given with regards to getting around. The rooms were small and had a distinct odour about them, however had all the necessities.

This hotel is a gem. Easy walk to Moscone Center and nice access to restaurants and shopping in the area. I had a one bedroom suite. The rooms were small, but comfortable, bathroom neat and up to date. I enjoyed the charm of the older building. The restaurant next door was fantastic. Ate there for lunch and for dinner.

Spent 6 nights at The Hotel Abri, the location is superb as its smack downtown. San Francisco is ridiculously expensive so this is a great value option. The rooms are relatively small, but well appointed. Wifi is strong, the staff are truly wonderful and there's free coffee every morning. I'd recommend trying to get a room on the higher floors... Very small, uncomfortable - highly overpriced - suite, with lots of noise. The location was excellent and the front desk staff very helpful, but the room we had (a suite) was really uncomfortable for 4 people.

Room size was smaller than avg. but that is typical in downtown SFO. While the building itself is old...Rooms have been renovated with new bathroom fixtures. Loved how close this property was to Mason/Powell Cable car, shopping in Union Square, and nearby convention hotels. Only complaint was when I used the air conditioner, it stank up the room. But you'll... More
