Not a bad Marriott - they don't have a concierge lounge if you're used to having access, but they hooked us up with breakfast instead (at least for two of us, had to pay for the kid), which was probably better since it was a full buffet. Staff was very good, including the concierge who was very helpful. Good location... More

This was the perfect place for our family of three for our five-day stay over Thanksgiving. Great location, very clean, very quiet (if you choose a courtyard view room), and very helpful and friendly staff. We loved the Junior Suite - it was so nice to have a king-size bed plus the extra space and seating. Having the fridge in... More

I am staying at the Marriott Fisherman's Wharf for 3 nights with an out of town college sports team. When we arrived check-in was quick and easy. The lobby is well appointed and modern. There are oversized sofas and tables in the lobby also. It is refreshing that everytime I enter the lobby I have been personally greeted by a... More

We were originally booked at the Hyatt, thank god for our immediate switch to the Marriott! So much cleaner, excellent service by staff ( thanks Jared) and good walking distance to a lot of Wharf attractions! Highly recommended! Nice bar and food area and very helpful, courteous staff, clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Thank you Marriott!

Great location & the two concieges we dealt with were outstanding. Room was fine with good linens. Parking at $50.00/night was stiff.Overall a very good experience. Very good location near North Beach & the Wharves

On the upside, the hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf and the meeting rooms are quite nice. But, there were many downsides. There is no pool, the workout room is very small (3 treadmills), the food is terrible, and the cleaning was not as thorough as I like. I would not stay here again.

Although not the newest gem in the Marriott collection in San Francisco, it is still a great place to stay while exploring the city. It's a quick walk to the embarcadero and cable car lines and there is lots of good food nearby. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff really goes out of its way to welcome you... More

I met 5 other family members from all parts of the US; nieces, sisters-in laws and an aunt, in San Francisco. Even though we had room requirements that could have confounded another staff, all the front desk people were incredibly helpful, professional and kind. The concierge was very helpful with reservations and limo rental, and the housekeeping staff was very... More

Get a 3 day pass on the cable car/Muni system and walk or take the cable car wherever you want to go. Hired a cab only for a trip across the Golden Gate. Everything else was walkable or cable car worked and made the getting there half the fun. Excellent staff!!!! Expensive so we used points. Great spot, enjoy!
