Had a wonderful stay at the MO SF recently for a special birthday. Deluxe City View room on the 44th floor had outstanding views, was large and spacious, and clean and comfortable. Would have loved the bathroom if it was bigger, as it was we only had one sink which made it tight for two to get ready. Service was... More

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on a business trip and it was excellent. The views out of the rooms across the bay were amazing. The hotel rooms were spacious and luxurious and the bed was really comfortable and cosy. Rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy as were the reception area and breakfast room. Hotel was in good... More

We stayed at the MO San Francisco for a few days as the first stop on our honeymoon earlier this month. The location, furnishings and views are amazing. These things you are granted in many high end hotels. The view is exceptionally exceptional! See the pics. However the point I want to make, as a person who has my own... More

Traveled for work and the MO was very close to my office. It is a ways from Fisherman's Warf and Union Square, but who doesn't like to walk the fantastic streets in San Fran! Gorgeous view, great restaurants around you, and the service was absolutely fabulous. It is a bit pricey, but hey, you get what you pay for!

Stunning room with a view of the bay; only criticism was absence of coffee facilities and having to pay USD15 for a pot of coffee for two in the morning. Faultless service. Excellent concierge - organised some amazing dinners with use of the hotel car. The bar and restaurant are slightly soulless but the bar man was friendly and did... More

The service, quality of the hotel, views, food and location make the Mandarin the best choice. There are many 5 star properties to choose from in the Bay area but the Mandarin is the right choice. The service level exceeds any of the other luxury properties. You will return again and again to this property.

It is a rare occurrence when you have very high expectations for a hotel and they exceed the level of service that you envisioned. My husband and I checked in seamlessly. We were warmly greeted by the staff who sincerely wished my husband a happy birthday. We were then ushered to our room that had a spectacular view of the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with our litte baby girl and the service is truly top notch. They gave us a room on the top floor with the most amazing views of the bay. A crib was already installed for the baby and they provided a separate diaper disposal. The room felt very luxurious with lots of storage space... More

My partner and I celebrated our one-year anniversary in the SF/Napa area. Mandarin Oriental consistently exceeds our expectations at every location. Concierge service, room service, valet, every detail is attended to flawlessly and effortlessly. The Bridge to Bridge room is our favorite... could spend the whole vacation in the room, and not necessarily in the luxurious bed ;-)

Elegant and quiet accommodations high above San Francisco provide a breathtaking view of the bridges, Transamerica Tower, Alcatraz, Coit Tower among others. The hotel staff is very helpul and accommodating. A Starbucks is located a block away. The location is a bit isolated on the weekend because some of the businesses close or are open fewer hours on Saturday and... More
