Hotel was very comfortable and spacious. We had a king suite overlooking the pool and right near the fitness center. The room included a small fridge which was handy for keeping the wine and cheese we accumulated at the ferry building. The location was great and the hotel even offered a free town car shuttle to the financial district which... More

I loved that you can check in from your phone at this hotel, walk up to a kiosk and it will print out your keys. The room itself was very modern and well furnished. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel was very convenient to a lot of major attractions without being right in tourist... More

Nice hotel and we stayed three nights but very noisy from our room. The first night around 10:45 PM, lot's of noise and talking out front. Thought it was just guest checking in etc. Second night, same thing, starting around 10:45 and lasting to 11:15. Said something to the clerk in the morning and they offered to move us, but... More

This hotel is a short walk from Fisherman's Warf, clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Great service from both hotel and restaurant staff.

they messed up our reservation. instead of 2 times 2 nights, they had booked 4 times 2 nights - however they did it us we used their own booking system. rooms were clean, nice and more than just mid-sized. we didn't like it too make facing to the street as you can here the traffic the whole night but the... Hyatt is generally a good choice, and this was a good place. Not great, but if you want to be in this area, fine. No real problems, just not fabulous. Very slow elevators. The pool was very chlorinated and uniformly 3 1/2 feet deep - so: good for kids, awful for adults. There is a limited time of day when... More

This property is supposed to be a four star Hyatt. I've have usually found Hyatt hotels to certainly be really good quality and value for money. Decided to stay here at the start of a California road trip to take advantage of being near the San Francisco tourist attractions at the water. The rooms in the official photos look quite... More

We spent a couple of days in San Francisco after visiting the US on our way back to Hong Kong. We wanted to book a hotel that was convenient to restaurants and sight seeing. This hotel is in an excellent location and within a few minutes walk you have a wide selection of excellent seafood restaurants and sights to see.... More

My daughter and I stayed 5 nights at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf and found the staff wonderful and the hotel very clean. When we checked in Regina was very gracious and helpful. We stopped by the desk a couple of other time for directions, bus routes, etc and everyone gave us great directions. We were always greeted by someone and... More

Spent 6 nights at the Hyatt in April. Rooms are pretty average and can be very noisy if facing the street. My 13yr old son was very sick in the middle of the night with food poisoning, the hotel could not have been more helpful, in particular the manager the next morning. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to everything. Safeway... More
