Spent 6 nights at the Hyatt in April. Rooms are pretty average and can be very noisy if facing the street. My 13yr old son was very sick in the middle of the night with food poisoning, the hotel could not have been more helpful, in particular the manager the next morning. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to everything. Safeway... More

Great hotel in the right location. We stayed for 5 nights and were very happy all round. The staff were great, price was good, rooms were clean and facilities were just right for our needs. I rate this hotel! The only disappointment was administrational...The hotel failed to credit our Gold membership for the stay. We booked through Hyatt, why does... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in late April, Hotel lived up to expectations. Rooms were to a high standard for the price paid and location was perfect for taking in all tourist attractions in San Francisco. We arrived in late evening and being tired from travelling all day we got room service, only about 15 minute wait and food was... More

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, updated & the bed was comfy. The location was excellent and accessible to everything. A great little restaurant across the street for a delicious breakfast and one in the lobby of the hotel also.

We spent eight days (9 nights) at the Hyatt At Fisherman's Wharf and were more than happy with the Hotel, Location, Cleanliness, Staff & Room Size. The staff always greeted you with a smile every time you left or came into the hotel, they were helpful with any queries. The rooms were always clean with ample toiletries & Coffee/Tea provided... The Hotel was great from the moment we drove in. The location was within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and many of the attractions. We walked to Crooked St and many other places. The could not have been more helpful. They made sure we saw everything that was worth seeing. The suggested Restaurants that were great. The room itself was... More

We came here for our anniversary and were a little apprehensive. It far our visit exceeded expectations. You can't find a better place near the Wharf, Coit Tower, Tours to Alcatraz, bus and cable cars to downtown. Maybe that's because we started with a good experience at checkin. First, our room wasn't ready yet as it should have been. So... More

As most of the hotels around Fisherman's Wharf seemed to be much of a muchness and clustered together, I took a fair while to make a choice for our four nights in late April, early May. Eventually I found a very good package at the Hyatt on their own web page which included a cheaper rate (Business Plan + check... More

This hotel is 2 blocks from the Wharf. Request the "Balance Package" when making reservations with Hyatt. The package includes free Valet parking-$45.00 value and 2 free buffet breakfasts-$19.00 value each at Knuckles Restaurant located in the hotel. It was delicious! The pool was great and the hotel put our family on the 3rd floor, same floor as the pool.... More

It still surprises me that in this day and age there are hotels that feel they can get away with charging for internet access. I can live with this but this hotel has the worst customer service I have ever come across. Not only do you have to pay for wireless internet access it's for one device only - so... More
