We stayed at this hotel because my husband had a business meeting there. Originally my daughter and I thought we'd just stay at the hotel and relax. To our surprise, this hotel is so close to the wharf that we ended up at the wharf and did a lot of sightseeing! The hotel has a beautiful and spacious lobby. The... More

Great location for accessing everything around Fishermans Wharf. A fairly standard hotel which is good value for a family if you can manage to get a good deal.

We stayed in San Francisco for 5 nights at the Hyatt. They were very helpful especially when the first room we checked had a horrible smoke smell. Unfortunately, for the hotel, guests in the room were smoking in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor. The manager was helpful and switched rooms immediately. A very central location to all. Loved the location- away from a lot of the street noise. Kids enjoyed the pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing. Rooms were nice and beds were SUPER comfortable! Within walking distance to everything. The only reason I did not rate it excellent was the price. It is a bit... More

We were there in november. We arrived late at night, we had no problem checking in fast. Greeted by very nice staff. Hotel is close to Pier 39, a little bit off the main touristic attractions, but, hey, you have a good reason to take the cable car! Otherwise, very well deserved by public transit. Rooms are clean and big... More

This is a great hotel, awesome dining and they restaurant staff really knows their wines. The rooms were super, and I received helpful service from everyone. The shopping in the area was t-shirt touristy, so you'll need to plan on driving or walking many city blocks, but since that doesn't matter to me too much I would definitely stay here... More

We stayed at this Hyatt as it was walking distance to the Wharf, Ghiradelli Square, and waterfront. It was very clean with an excellent front desk staff. Our fifth floor room had a coffee maker (one thing most Hyatts lack) and a coin operated washer/dryer in the ice room/vending area. This is a must for a family of 5 doing... More
