The Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf is a great place to stay for families. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to Fisherman's Wharf. The only improvement needed is to the housekeeping staff, they need to be better at stocking the rooms with amenities.

Great service here from checkin to checkout. Good room facilities and a real bonus to have a pool (albeit small) in a city centre hotel. Inter connecting rooms - one King and one with two Queens - great for parents and kids. But what really made this was the location. Close to Fishermans Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, the tram ride to... The location is excellent if you plan to spend some time in the Fisherman's Wharf area. Many local attractions to visit. One of the few hotels that has an outdoor pool. Valet parking is convenient and the valet staff were very sweet and kind. Room was average. Bottled water in room is $5. A local drugstore (I believe it was... More

Very nice hotel just a short walk from Fisherman's wharf. Many restaurant options nearby as well as shopping. Close to cable cars. Clean, very nice rooms. Fitness center is large with many exercise options. Would definitely stay here again.

not a bad hotel. booked last minute through priceline for a great price compared to others. upon arrival was fairly impressed by quality of place although it shows as a cosmetically updated hotel with originally good bones(quiet building for the most part). location cant be beat if you are there for the fishermans wharf tourism or just want to be... This is my second visit to the Hyatt in two years. This time for six days. Decent hotel with a great location next to the wharf, where awesome fun takes place. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good in terms of variety and quality. My only concern is that the rooms are not properly sound proofed. The... More

I really enjoy this hotel. It is close to Pier 39 and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff members were very polite and took good care of you. The in-room dining has good quality food and it is worth purchasing.

I traveled to San Francisco with my family, and we were very pleased with our room and the hotel's accommodations. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and you can't beat the location. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf again!!

Access to the hotel lobby restrooms was not restricted to customers or guests. This is an expensive hotel and we expected the front desk staff to monitor (and control) anyone entering the lobby restrooms where they might interact with hotel guests. We won't be back.
