Elevator from lobby to main elevator bank broken requiring use of stairs or a full floor walk around using a back-room ramp. ADA room was another very long walk from the elevator. Not optimal for someone using a walker vs a wheelchair. Hotel in serious need of refurbish-rooms and hallways showing severe signs of wear and tear.

This Hyatt is in a great location for visiting Fisherman's Wharf (only a few blocks away) and the property was very nice. However, the furnishings in the room were a bit worn and could use an update. This was a great base to explore the area and overall I liked this hotel.

This hotel has the best staff ! However, the elevator from the Lobby to the elevator to the rooms was broken. if you were wheel chair bound , you were not able to get to the elevators. They did not prove a ramp to the elevators. Your only access were the stairs ! Otherwise, Great ! The kids were very... More

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Nice outdoor pool (although the "heated" pool was still cold!) There is a laundry machine on each floor which was nice for us and we could walk to many good restaurants that were not in the Fisherman's wharf tourist area. Parking is expensive, but I understand that is the case across... More

For tourist I can't imagine a better place to stay. Perfect location, close to everything. Very walkable to many attractions. The staff was super friendly. The rooms, are big, not awesome, but decent. The free Wifi was fine, no need to pay for an upgrade. The room could have used a mini fridge, but other than that was super happy... More

We got two double bed rooms at the hyatt. The rooms were large with a sectional couch and good size bathrooms. The staff at the Hyatt was amazing and took care of our every need and seemed to know really what their guests want. Location can't be beat, you are two blocks from the ward, one block from the cable... More

I booked my stay at this hotel 6 months in advance of my actual travel however, the hotel didn't live up to what was advertised! I am a HYATT GOLD member however, I didn't feel any different than a guest off the street. They never acknowledged my membership! Further, as a GOLD member, I was suppose to receive free breakfast... My husband and I stayed here for the weekend to take in a concert at SF Jazz and celebrate his birthday in a city we both love. The location of the hotel is great, only a minute walk to Embarcadero and the hustle of Fisherman's Wharf but on the less busy North Pointe. Starbucks is just a few steps down... More

Hotel staff was very helpful and facilities were well-kept with easy access to Fisherman's Wharf sites. Don't bother paying for the "water view" room. For us it was just a sliver of the bay between 2 buildings.

I used my Hyatt free night. Thinking I was a Diamond member I would get a nice upgrade. After a long delay at check-in I went to a room so bad I thought I was at the Hilton. My newspaper request was never delivered the next morning. The Diamond breakfast buffet was contracted out to Checkers and it has a... More
