Stayed here for a few days as part of my annual vacation. Check in process was easy and super fast. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean and modern. Had free wifi since I am a Hyatt member which was nice. I liked that you can open your windows if you so choose. The fitness room was decent, when... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights so we could visit the local area.we have a high status with Hyatt and get automatic up grades but our room was very small, the roll away bed for our daughter made the room extremely tight, though we spent most of the day exploring the city, it would have been nice to have a... I booked a room in this hotel for two nights while on a business trip. I have stayed at this motel before and had good experiences, so I had every expectation that this trip would be no different. However, I was not made aware of the remodel occurring in the hotel which made for a pretty dismal experience. I would... More

stayed at this hotel on the 11th may 2015 the lobby is being renovated so you have to use the entrance on Taylor street. It is 50 dollars to have your car parked the rooms are basic but clean. The hotel is in a good location and i think this is what you are paying for. We went for breakfast... More

Great hotel, and excellent location to be near everything at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco as well as trolley system. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and the employees at the front door were able to help with any questions we had about getting around as well as give some great ideas on how to enjoy our visit by taking different... This hotel had lobby under renovation which was not a plus; however the staff did a great job working out of a meeting room. They did not have a ramp to get into the hotel though; so only those who could manage stairs are advised to visit until the renovations are completed. The King Deluxe room is super spacious, with... Very disappointed with hotel. Lobby is non-existent, front desk is a bunch of folding tables. The front drive entrance is closed yet they're charging $50 for parking. Newly renovated room is ugly, zero view. It's not a room you want to spend any time in. Wish I had booked somewhere else.

This Hotel is very good. And I would probably rate it excellent if it wasn't going through renovations at the time of our stay. The location can't be beat and the Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay! I would return if we make plans to revisit this area.

Stayed here for 1 week arriving 4/18/15. Husband's admin assistant made reservation, so unaware of construction. He was here for work, and I for fun. When arrived it was obvious the hotel was under construction, asked for a quiet room. Was told we were given a quiet room. Arrived at room 548, and despite it being a Saturday there was... More

An excellent property if not in the midst of a renovation project. Large, very clean, exceptionally comfortable near-luxury rooms, Great location if you want to be in Fisherman's Wharf area. During renovation, lobby access from street was difficult for persons with mobility issues and staff seemed indifferent to options. Once renovation is complete, new escalators should take care of this... More
