Effie at the Concierge desk is amazing! This is my 2nd visit back to the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf and the main reason is due to Effie's smile, warm greeting, and excellent follow up. Kat in the PM shift was equally 100% service oriented and we had a great laugh during check in. I left my ring in my pocket and... More

Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf provides the convenience of the beauty of the city! Friendly staff, safe neighborhood, convenient to the Wharf and public transportation! We will return and bring along more family and friends.

We stayed at this hotel recently. Although the room itself was tastefully decorated and very updated, there are a few things that I need to comment on. We were booked to the third floor which is literally right beside the pool area. As a result we could not open up our curtains during the day because people could literally see... More

A very nice hotel with an extremely comfortable bed, I wanted to take it home with me, great location and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our visit and would love to come back. The pool and spa pool were very welcome after long walks around the city.

We stayed for 4 nights here in may 2015. They first gave the room next to the 19th century built elevator which one sound more than it works. Upon request they changed the room next day, however, due to ongoing renovation our stay was not as pleasant as expected. Since room rates are very high due to the location, they... More

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hyatt property --- and I was on family vacation. The bar/restaurant smelled like rotting garbage the entire week, the elevators were never fully operational, fountain and fireplace did not work until half way through our stay, I had to take my own bags out during check out despite asking for... We stayed at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf. The location was very good but the price seemed a bit high. Given that San Francisco is the heart of the tech industry in the world, I was shocked that this hotel did not have free wi-fi.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Friendly professional staff. We were on a couples trip and really loved being in the middle of everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to San Francisco.

Oh my goodness, this place is amazing. For all the poor reviews I read - I was beginning to worry, but it was for nothing. I have two rooms, both with full-size comfy beds. The rooms are huge and because I have rooms that face the inside courtyard, very little noise. My teens love the pool - its heated and... More

Excellent staff and service; very polite and conscientious. Attended a training conference - while I expected nothing to be cheap, $50 for valet parking is a bit over the top even for San Francisco. Maybe that's what all the other places are charging. All-in-all - comfortable stay though.
