Upon checking in the valet and bell service were attentive and on point. Room was so nice with nice amenities. We opted for a late checkout and it was well worth the experience. Super close to fishermans wharf. While we stayed at the Hyatt there was a boycott but we couldn't hear it in the room. So it was a... More

The Hyatt is an expensive hotel and we never really felt the value was there. The rooms and bathrooms are very small, and never really cleaned as well as they should be. Our tub had a huge rust stain by the faucet and the carpets were barely vacuumed. The new furniture is nice but doesn't leave enough room for clothes... More

I orginally booked my San Feancisci stay at the Grand Hyatt near Union Square. I decided three days before to revisit on staying in Fishermans Wharf. I am so thankful I did. The location and cleanliness of the room was fantastic!!

The rooms are renovated and feel modern and clean. Fitness center is nice and well provided. The valet parking is a total rip off. 50 bucks?! Really?! The swimming pool is nice but it's always in the shade, which is not great. Fisherman's wharf is not the best place to stay though. Tourist trap during the day, homeless haven at... More

We are staying here for a conference, while here our experience with staff has been exceptional, but overall we will not stay here again. The good: clean rooms, nice showers, good fitness center. The bad: miniature pillows, our first neighbors were smoking pot for several hours until our room felt like a hot-box (some of you may list this under... More

I had booked a flight and in error it was a 7am flight instead of evening. Gina told me that instead of paying for another night, I could call her and she would make sure the room was ready for us when we landed. However, the night manager did not get the message and he was completely unwilling to comply.... More

The Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf is a great place to stay for families. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to Fisherman's Wharf. The only improvement needed is to the housekeeping staff, they need to be better at stocking the rooms with amenities.

Great service here from checkin to checkout. Good room facilities and a real bonus to have a pool (albeit small) in a city centre hotel. Inter connecting rooms - one King and one with two Queens - great for parents and kids. But what really made this was the location. Close to Fishermans Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, the tram ride to...
