The Hyatt Fisherman's Warf is unusual for a Hyatt property. It is not particularly grand or have extensive facilities. In fact the interior seemed a but run down. The location is near the warf but not as close as the name would imply but at the time it was quiet. Taxis were available but you needed to ask ahead. However... More

We visited SF 15 July to 20 July. Had a great experience at this hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the Bell Captains. Great team of people there who work very hard. Nothing negative to say. We highly recommend.

The Hyatt Fishermans Wharf is well located for proximity to the bay and offers a very good quality breakfast. That's it unfortunately. The hotel is quite run down, room was smelly, no minibar, no room service upon late arrival and no overnight pressing. Honestly. Our whole company loves Hyatt hotels, but this was a complete drop out. In Europe, this... More

Very nice stay and very professional staff. The room was spacious and the food at the restaurant was very good. The location is perfect with easy walks to major site seeing areas. Cabs were easily accessible.

Being a travel professional, I'm in San Francisco 4-6 times a month. The Hyatt has become like a second home to me. From the time we check in, Tami and her colleagues welcome us with sincere smiles and pleasantries . Rooms are spotless, internet is ready to connect, beds are comfortable. If you'd like a freshly brewed starbucks coffee, Nyareet,... More

I had to find a place to stay very last minute. They were wonderful and very accommodating. I used my triple A discount and was able to get the room for around $165. The AAA discount also came with breakfast for 2. The breakfast buffet was really great and effortless, goes till 11am. The only downsides are if you're on... More

This is a great hotel as far as location. Within easy walking distance to the wharf and Pier 39, along with other downtown attractions, including cable car boarding. The hotel itself is nothing special and for a Hyatt, left a little to be desired. In general, the staff was accommodating, but the concierge (at least the one on duty when... More

From Mold in the showers, sinks that don't drain, toilettes that wake the dead, elevators that don't work, and the attitude that making the housekeeping staff's job easier is more important than the guest comfort, to the dated dark dingy decorating we found nothing that made this hotel worthy of the Hyatt name.

From problems at check in to dirty hallways to broken elevators this place was a big disappointment. I was charged for water after paying $280 a night. The hallway had not been vacuumed in a long time and the elevator from the lobby level was broken the whole time an no on could seem to tell me where the stairs... More

When everything is working right, staying at a Hyatt is like staying at an ultra-cool bachelor pad (for example, the Hyatt Magnificent Mile). Hyatt has mastered the masculine, modern decor, and it's usually done very well. Not so much here. The lobby is downright cold and without any personality. The hallways, dark and foreboding. The rooms, just eh. The artwork,... More
