Great location for first-time tourists. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected. Be sure to get the room & parking package - otherwise it's very expensive to park. Inner rooms have no view but can be quietest. Staff are excellent and attentive. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I visited the property April 12-13 using Hyatt points with my teenage daughter and her friend. We wanted to stay near Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 and having stayed at this property in the past on business, I knew it met our needs. We experienced very friendly check-in, in fact we were able to check-in at 11:30 am, well in... More

Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf is centrally located in fisherman's wharf. The hotel is a low rise structure and decor is on par with other hyatt's. The restaurant is nice and relaxed. Generally speaking the hotel is a four star and you pay for what you get. The exterior look is nicer than the Sheraton which is close by and a similar... More

I stayed two different weeks at this hotel and was really not impressed. It wasn't bad, just tired and in need of a make over. The décor is years out of date and the rooms aren't very inspiring. The worse part is the incompetence of the front desk clerks. It took a long time to check in, and both times... More

My family and I just returned from a stay at the Hyatt Fishermans Wharf (4/12-4/17) and we loved every minute of it. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The pillows were so soft, like giant marshmallows you sink into. The cleaning staff did a great job cleaning and vaccuuming everyday. The restuarant on property is called Knuckles. They serve a... This was the perfect location. You can get to the Warf area easily. The street car is around the corner. Everything was wonderful. Staff were all pleasant. Room, Pool, and all areas of the hotel were maintained and nice. Parking a bit expensive $50 ....but if you get the package with either parking or breakfast included....it is worth it. We utilized... Hotel is nice, but expensive. Has parking, but the only option is valet parking at is very expensive at $50 per day. Internet connectivity required assistance. Had to request toiletries because they were not replenished with daily clean up. Gym is nice, but small. Very clean and pretty and increible location for a weekend or a few days close to... More

This is the first time I stayed at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco and have to say I was very disappointed with the overall service and impression. Nobody was articularly rude but the energy was low and gloomy (maybe because we had a couple of rainy days). I have to say we were always greeted warmly as soon... More

Had a good stay in March. Quick and efficient check in, cosy and quiet room with a good range of amenities in the room and on request. Good breakfast but same items everyday. An easy walk to the wharf, bus stops, f market streetcar stops. After a good stay, they bungled at checkout with extra charges which took quite a... More

Located just a block from Fisherman's Wharf, it was surprisingly quiet. The room we had was excellent: clean, modern decor, very spacious with a sectional couch. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Some people complain about the cost of parking but in SF, you have to expect to pay $50+ per night.... The wifi was very good.... More
