The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. The rooms were clean. Food was good at Knucles restaurant . Valet parking was $ 50.00 per night. Business center was .80 per copy & around 7.00 for 5 minutes on the internet.

Check-in staff was great -- check-out was time consuming and there are not enough bell or parking attendants. Hyatt Passport was a good plus. Pool area is very quiet and relaxing -- good property but be aware parking is $50 per night.

We were in SF visiting family and friends and stayed at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf because it was available, not because of the location (which for us was not good). Having said that, it was a very positive experience. The hotel is well-located for tourists, is clean, well-maintained, and had a very good restaurant for breakfast (the only meal we... More

I would recommend this hotel, simply because it was very handy to all the touristy places. The staff were very friendly and courteous, the hotel and room was clean. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. It was clean and nice and hot considering how chilly the weather was.

This hotel was in a good location, easy walk to everything in Fisherman's Wharf. The staff were friendly, helpful. The concierge was able to obtain a local rental car when all were sold out online. So grateful!

We accidentally parked in the hotel in front of the Hyatt. We pulled into the third floor of the parking structure and went up to the lobby only to be behind another couple who had done the same thing. The concierge at the other hotel said it happens all the time. She graciously let us out of the garage without... More

Made this particular reservation via a third party site and it was listed as a 4 star...I don't think so! The concierge was rarely there, and there was not sufficient staff at the desk. My bed linens were stained (coffee? urine?) and while the hotel was apologetic and gave us a credit, STAINED bed covers in a 4 star hotel... More

The hotel was full of guests checking in. Unfortunately the elevator right beside the check in counter was out of order. The guests would have to carry the luggage down the stairs to access the next elevator doors. I did not see any disabled access ramp where guest can roll their luggage down to the elevator doors. Unfortunately during this... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf and we were really happy with our stay. The staff members were all very nice and the location was great. There was some wear on the furniture but overall very good hotel.

Every employee we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful.... Conceirge, front desk, valet, room attendants and restaurant staff! Thank you Hyatt employees for making our stay really relaxing. The breakfast buffet was really great. Our bathroom was a little outdated but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice for our little family.... More
