I stayed here with my husband as part of our wedding anniversary trip. It was a lovely friendly hotel. Much quieter than staying in the centre of San Francisco. However Union Square is only a short tram ride away. Highly recommend this hotel, our room was very comfortable, great room service. Would recommend a two day open top bus tour... More

The good: Very close to everything in Fishermans Wharf. Back stairwell door exits right to fishermans wharf. Fairly clean hotel. Clean rooms. Fair bedding. Hot coffee downstairs in the morning. The bad: Male valet with either braids or dreadlocks was using really foul language with his friends that seemed to constantly visit in the front of the hotel. He made... More

We would like to express our sincerest apologies for the individual’s insensitive behavior which was totally inappropriate, inexcusable and disrespectful. The individual involved is no longer employed with our company. Thank you reporting the incident which allowed us the opportunity to take immediate action. More

Friendly staff great location, rooms are clean and comfortable, but we had no view (garage). It is conviently located to several of the SF landmarks. We slept there was about it, but I would use it again. It isn't top of the line, but the quality you would expect from Marriott.

My wife and I just returned from a California vacation that included several days in San Francisco. We stayed at the Courtyard - Fisherman's Wharf. The best location. The staff was excellent - front desk, service, concierge. We were within walking distance of Hyde Street cable cars, electric street cars, Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, Lombard Street, et al. It's pricey... More

First off, you can't beat the location of this hotel. We could walk to almost anything we wanted to do- cable cars, Ghirardelli square, countless restaurants, Starbucks, Pier 39 etc. The room was clean and big enough for 4 adults which is a big plus. The staff was also very friendly. The only thing we didn't like about this hotel... More

No complaints here. Good location to food, touristy stuff, and a Walgreens. Staff was great. Ask the desk to get you a cab and watch how the cab is hailed...quite a show. Valet becomes overwhelmed quickly as guests arrive...getting car at this time Is difficult. Would come back without a doubt.

Found this Courtyard to be very convenient to everything you want to do on Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel itself is nice and clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. Disappointed breakfast was not included for the price, but found a great place right down the street to eat. We were able to walk to everything... More

This hotel is in an ideal location to see the sights of San Francisco. From the end of the street you can see the Golden Gate bridge, catch one of the open topped buses, walk to Pier 39 and visit Fisherman's Wharf. The only thing missing from the room was a safe although you could use one behind reception if... More

Good location for getting around. Friendly staff. Expensive!! Overnight parking $36 plus tax. Room $450. Room clean and recently updated. Little signs of wear. I did note that there were signs of mold beginning to grow in a corner of shower (shower head not updated). Sink fixtures new with great water pressure. The reading light bulbs have been replaced with... More

This hotel is a couple blocks away from the immediate traffic and noise of FW which is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of the trolley car, F line, tour companies, and all the activities of the FW. Small-ish bathrooms, but otherwise the rooms were adequate. Breakfast available in small restaurant area.
