Location and location. Walking distance to pier 39, restaurants, and Alcatraz boat tour. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Front desk staff fantastic! Rooms are specious and clean but could use ‘face lift’. Would recommend and might stay there again.

I travel a lot, and often stay at Courtyard's because they are convenient for business travelers. This one seems a little bare bones - there is no Bistro as many of them have these days. That's a big negative for me. Otherwise, very clean and plenty comfy. Street noise but that's to be expected.

Thank you for staying at the Courtyard by Marriott at Fisherman's Wharf for your travels to San Francisco. I am sorry to hear that not having a Bistro was a big negative for you. Unfortunately we do not do the Bistro concept here at our location. We only serve breakfast here at this location, because of all the great lunch... More

My husband and I arrived at this hotel on January 6th around noon. A lady at the reception desk told me she had no vacant rooms with the king size bad, but if we did want one, we had to wait - indefinitely. Then we turned to the concierge with questions about different tours, meanwhile, (may be, it took five... More

This hotel is located in the heart of the Fisherman's warf activity. This is a good thing and a bad thing. Really easy to get in and out to walk around the area. The staff was friendly but gave bad advice for New Years Eve fireworks so we missed out on the show. No pool at this hotel. Missed that... More

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience. We are fortunate enough to be in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf and while that makes accessing the area attractions easy, the Wharf does attract a lot of visitors, especially during New Year’s. We are currently investigating sound proofing options for the windows facing the walkway you mentioned in the... More

For some reason, when we checked in, I can only assume that the employee thought we looked like we could not afford the hotel. He wrote the rate down on the back of a brochure and whispered to me, "This is how much you will be paying per night." I thanked him and agreed. I knew the rate when I... More

We stayed here for several nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well-kept and the room was very comfortable. The bathrooms and beds are updated which is a huge plus. The location cannot be beat - the cable cars, Ghirardelli Square, and Pier 39 are just a short walk, and it's still a quiet stay despite being in... More

Stayed here 4 nights between Christmas/New Years and can't emphasize how much the location was so convenient! Literally about 4 blocks away from the Fisherman's Wharf, steps from Columbus Ave. (tons of restaurants), 3 blocks from Ghirardelli Square and about 10-15 min. walk to the famous Lombard Street. The parking fee ($35/night) is one of the cheapest that I researched... More

Stayed here for a wedding in Walnut Creek. We chose this place because of it's proximity to Fisherman's Warf, F line trolley, avis rental, and Pier 39. The location is perfect! You have Starbucks, Walgreens, restaurants, and transportation outside your door step. We rented a car for the day to drive to Walnut Creel for a wedding. Avis and Hertz are... More

The hotel is very clean, with comfortable beds/pillows and clean rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff from valet, concierge, front desk and housekeeping. Rooms are in good size ( we stayed in 2 queen beds) bathroom is great. We'll stay here again. The hotel is close to fishermans wharf, good walking distance to food and stores.
